Claims (9)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL FREMSTILLING AF ET OPTISK MODUL MED POLYMEROPTIK1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et optisk modul, der omfatter følgende trin: a. Tilvejebringelse af en substans, der udformes som en lysuigennemtrængelig bærer (1), med en første overflade (5); b. Tilvejebringelse af en åben støbeform (6), hvor formen er dannet af mindst et optisk element (4, 4’) i støbeformen; c. Overdækning af overfladen (5) med et polymert udfyldningsmiddel (3) i den åbne støbeform, mens det optiske element dannes af udfyldningsmidlet (3), hvor det polymere udfyldningsmiddel (3) i det mindste overvejende består af en silikone; d. Hærdning af udfyldningsmidlet i støbeformen, hvor den lysuigennemtrængelige bærer og udfyldningsmidlet (3) til sammen danner en optik (10), hvor den første overflade (5) inden overdækningen med det polymere udfyldningsmiddel (3) belægges med en adhæsionsfremmer (2), og hvor adhæsionsfremmeren (2) består af en blanding af reaktive siloxaner og siliciumharpiks.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det polymere udfyldningsmiddel ikke indeholder adhæsionsfremmer som iblanding.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det polymere udfyldningsmiddel indeholder en katalysator til indledning af en hærdeproces.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, som omfatter trinnet: Opvarmning af det polymere udfyldningsmiddel (3) i støbeformen til en defineret temperatur til indledning og/eller acceleration afen hærdning.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at adhæsionsfremmeren (2) anbringes på overfladen (5) i en gennemsnitlig lagtykkelse på mindre end 100 nm.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det polymere udfyldningsmiddel (3) inden en hærdning har en viskositet på mindre end 1000 mPa*s.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at silikonen (3) umiddelbart inden anbringelsen i støbeformen (6) dannes som blanding af mindst to silikoner.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at silikonen (3) er højren og indeholder mindre end 100 ppm fremmede stoffer.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, som omfatter trinnet: Belægning af en anden overflade (9) efter trin d, hvor belægningen af den anden overflade (9) ligeledes omfatter fremgangsmådens trin a til d.
