Abstract
Description
a)光透過性の担体として形成される第1の表面を有する基板を用意する工程と、
b)内部に少なくとも1つの光学素子の成形部が形成されている開放式の注型用の型を用意する工程と、
c)表面を開放式の注型用の型内でポリマー注型材料により被覆し、ポリマー注型材料からなる光学素子を形成する工程と、
d)型内でポリマー注型材料を硬化し、光透過性の担体とポリマー注型材料とが全体として1つの光学系を形成する工程と、
を備える、光学モジュールを製造する方法により解決される。
Claims (17)
- 光学モジュールを製造する方法であって、
a)光透過性の担体として形成される第1の表面(5)を有する基板(1)を用意する工程と、
b)内部に少なくとも1つの光学素子(4,4′)の成形部が形成されている開放式の注型用の型(6)を用意する工程と、
c)前記表面(5)を前記開放式の注型用の型(6)内でポリマー注型材料(3)により被覆し、該ポリマー注型材料(3)からなる光学素子を形成する工程と、
d)前記型内で前記ポリマー注型材料を硬化し、前記光透過性の担体と前記ポリマー注型材料(3)とが全体として1つの光学系(10)を形成する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする、光学モジュールを製造する方法。 - 前記ポリマー注型材料は、定着剤を添加物として含まない、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー注型材料は、硬化プロセスを導入する触媒を含む、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 硬化を導入及び/又は加速するために前記ポリマー注型材料(3)を前記型内で所定の温度に加熱する工程を備える、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー注型材料による被覆前に第1の表面(5)に定着剤(2)をコーティングする工程を備える、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記定着剤(2)を100nm未満の平均層厚さで前記表面(5)に被着する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー注型材料(3)は、硬化前、1000mPa・s未満の粘度を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 硬化した前記注型材料(3)は、10〜90の範囲のショアA硬度を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー注型材料からなる光学素子(3)は、400nm未満の波長領域で1W/cm2より高い放射強度に対して持続的な耐UV性を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー注型材料(3)は、少なくとも大部分シリコーンからなる、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーン(3)を、前記型(6)内に供給する直前に、少なくとも2つのシリコーンの混合物として形成する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーン(3)は、高純度であり、含まれる異物は、100ppm未満である、請求項10又は11記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)の後、第2の表面(9)をコーティングする工程を備え、該第2の表面(9)のコーティングも、前記工程a)〜d)を有する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第1の表面(5)を有する基板(1)と、
前記第1の表面(5)に被着されるポリマー注型材料からなる層(3)と、
を備え、前記ポリマー注型材料からなる層(3)内に光学素子(4)が開放式の注型方法により形成されている光学モジュールであって、
前記基板(1)は、光透過性の担体として形成されており、該光透過性の担体は、前記層と相俟って全体として1つの光学系(10)を形成することを特徴とする、光学モジュール。 - 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の単数又は複数の特徴をさらに備える、請求項14記載の光学モジュール。
- 請求項14又は15記載の光学モジュールを備える照明。
- 層、特に印刷法において層を乾燥させる、請求項16記載の照明の使用。
