Claims (14)
1. Fleksibel rørstruktur til udnyttelse af jordolie, hvilken rørstruktur omfatter mindst et forstærkningslag og mindst et lag af en fluoreret polymerforbindelse, hvilken fluorerede polymerforbindelse har en sammensætning, som dels omfatter en homopolymer af polyvinylidenfluorid og en copolymer af vinylidenfluorid og en fluoreret comonomer, dels et blødgøringsmiddel, kendetegnet ved, at masseandelen vedrørende fluoreret comonomer i copolymeren er større end 25%, og at copolymeren af vinylidenfluorid og den fluorerede comonomer er en elastomer, som er til stede i sammensætningen med en masseandel på 10 til 35%.
2. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at fluoreret comonomer er en hexafluorpropylen.
3. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at copolymeren af vinylidenfluorid og den fluorerede comonomer er til stede i sammensætningen med en masseandel på 29% til 35%, fortrinsvis 25% til 35%.
4. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at blød-gøringsmidlet er valgt blandt dibutylsebacat, dioctylphtalat, N-n-butylsulfonamid, polyamidesterne og kombinationer heraf og fortrinsvis dibutylsebacat.
5. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at blød-gøringsmidlet er til stede i nævnte sammensætning med en masseandel på 1% til 5%, fortrinsvis 2% til 3,5%.
6. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at masseandelen af fluoreret comonomer i copolymeren er større end eller lig med 26%, og/eller mindre end eller lig med 40%, fortrinsvis mindre end eller lig med 37%.
7. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at den fluorerede polymerforbindelse udviser en træthedsgrænse i den ikke ændrede tilstand på mere end eller lig med 50000 cycler, fortrinsvis mere end eller med 100000 cycler i gennemsnit, og/eller en træthedsgrænse på i luft ved 150° en måned lang ældet tilstand på mere end eller lig med 5000 cycler, fortrinsvis gennemsnitlig mere end eller lig med 8000 cycler.
8. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at den fluorerede polymersammensætning består af homopolymeren af polyvinyliden-fluorid, copolymeren af vinylidenfluorid og den fluorerede comonomer og blødgø-ringsmidlet.
9. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at laget af fluoreret polymerforbindelse danner en trykkappe, medens forstærkningslaget omfatter skruelinjeagtigt omkring nævnte trykkappe viklede profiler.
10. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at laget af fluoreret polymerforbindelse danner en beskyttelses-mellemkappe.
11. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at laget af fluoreret polymerforbindelse er tildannet ved hjælp af striber af fluoreret polymerforbindelse, som er skruelinjeagtigt viklet.
12. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter to forstærkningslag, medens striberne af fluoreret polymerforbindelse er skruelinjeagtigt viklet mellem disse to forstærkningslag.
13. Fleksibel rørstruktur ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter en trykkappe og en metalramme, som er anbragt inden i nævnte trykmappe, medens strimlerne af fluoreret polymerforbindelse er skruelinjeagtigt viklet mellem rammen og trykkappen.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en fleksibel rørstruktur til transport af jordolie, hvilken fremgangsmåde er af den art, hvor der er tilvejebragt en sammensætning, som omfatter dels en homopolymer af polyvinylidenfluorid og en copolymer af vinylidenfluorid og en fluoreret comonomer, dels et blødgøringsmiddel, og hvor der er tildannet et forstærkningslag og et lag af fluoreret polymerforbindelse for at forbinde lagene, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt en sammensætning, som har en masseandel af fluoreret comonomer i copolymer på mere end 25%, og hvor copolymeren af vinylidenfluorid og den fluorerede comonomer er en elastomer, som er til stede i sammensætningen med en masseandel på 10% til 35%.
