Claims (7)

1. Rulleleje, omfattende en metallisk yderring og en metallisk inderring med respektive rullelegemeløbebaner samt flere på disse rullelegemeløbebaner afrullende metalliske rullelegemer, hvor der på yderringen (2) og/eller på inderringen (3) på løbebanens side og/eller på rullelegemerne (4) er indrettet et elektrisk isolationslag (11) af en oxidkeramik, kendetegnet ved, at der er indrettet et vedhæftningsforbedringslag (10) mellem yderringens (2) , inderringens (3) og/eller rullelegemets (4) metalliske legeme (8) og isolationslaget (11)/ og at vedhæftningsforbedringslaget (10) består af et metal, et metalkarbid, et metalnitrid, et metalborid eller et metalsilicid.
2. Rulleleje ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at isolationslaget (11) har en modstand på > 200 ΜΩ.
3. Rulleleje ifølge et af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at isolationslaget (11) er dannet af AI2O3, SiCh, TiCd eller ZrO.
4. Rulleleje ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at isolationslaget (11) er belagt med et tribologisk dæklag (12) .
5. Rulleleje ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at dæklaget (12) er et metalholdigt hydrogenholdigt amorft carbonlag, et metalfrit hydrogenholdigt amorft carbonlag eller et modificeret hydrogenholdigt amorft carbonlag.
6. Rulleleje ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at isolationslagets (11) lagtykkelse er ^ 15 pm, især ^ 10 pm, hvor den totale lagtykkelse ved forekomsten af et vedhæftningsforbedringslag (10) og/eller et dæklag (12) er ^ 25 pm, især < 20 pm.
7. Rulleleje ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at isolationslaget (11), vedhæftningsforbedringslaget (10) og/eller dæklaget (12) er fremstillet i en PVD- eller en PACVD-fremgangsmåde.
