Claims (22)
- 径方向内側表面を有する第1の層(2)を備えた滑り軸受部材(1)であって、前記第1の層(2)の前記径方向内側表面上に、測定装置(3)が配置されており、前記測定装置は、記載の順番に、第1の電気的絶縁層(5)、センサ層(6)及び第2の電気的絶縁層(7)を有する滑り軸受部材(1)において、
前記第2の電気的絶縁層(7)上に滑り層(4)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする滑り軸受部材(1)。 - 前記滑り層(4)は、PVD方法によって堆積された層とされており、特に、スパッタリング層とされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 滑り層(4)は、滑りラッカー層とされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記滑り層(4)上に流入層が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記第1の絶縁層と前記第2の絶縁層(5、7)の少なくとも1つは、Al2O3及び/又はSiO2によって形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記第1の絶縁層と前記第2の絶縁層(5、7)の少なくとも1つは、2μmから8μmの層厚(9)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記センサ層(6)は、クロム又はクロム−ニッケル合金によって形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記センサ層(6)は、0.1μmから4μmの層厚(10)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記センサ層(6)は、少なくとも、前記滑り層(4)の最も強く負荷を受けるゾーン内に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 径方向の最も外側の層に電気的接点(15)が配置されており、該電気的接点(15)は、前記センサ層(6)と電気的に導通接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記センサ層(6)は、データ送信装置(27)と接続されており、前記データ送信装置(27)は、ワイヤレスでデータ送信するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記センサ層(6)は、エネルギ発生装置(21)と接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記センサ層(6)は、測定ブリッジと接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 前記センサ層(6)は、測定する際に温度補償するための導体ループ(28)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項13の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 径方向の端面(12)に凹部(32)が形成されており、前記凹部(32)内にテレメトリ装置が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項13の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)。
- 径方向内側の表面(18)を有する軸受収容部(17)と、少なくとも1つの滑り軸受部材(1)と、を備えており、前記滑り軸受部材は、前記軸受収容部(17)の前記径方向内側の表面(18)と接するように配置されている、滑り軸受であって、
該少なくとも1つの滑り軸受部材(1)は、請求項1から請求項15の何れか1項に記載の滑り軸受部材(1)によって形成されている、ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 前記軸受収容部(17)の前記径方向内側の表面(18)に、電気的接点(19)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の滑り軸受。
- 前記軸受収容部(17)上に、又は、少なくとも部分的に、テレメトリ装置が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項16又は請求項17に記載の滑り軸受。
- 滑り軸受部材(1)を製造する方法であって、第1の層(2)の径方向内側の表面上に測定装置(3)が形成されており、このために、第1の電気的絶縁層(5)、センサ層(6)及び第2の電気的絶縁層(7)が、記載の順番で堆積される方法において、
前記第2の電気的絶縁層(7)上に滑り層(4)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする滑り軸受部材(1)を製造する方法。 - 前記センサ層(6)が全面に堆積され、かつ、その後に構築される、ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記構築することは、レーザ、特に超短パルスレーザによって、かつ/又は、少なくとも1つのマスクを使用して、実施される、ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記測定装置(3)の層の少なくとも1つは、反応性スパッタリングによって製造される、ことを特徴とする請求項20又は請求項21に記載の方法。
