前記導電性部材が、同一平面内に存在し且つ互いに導通していない第1導電部と第2導電部とを有する第1の態様の摺動部品と、
前記摺動部品の第1導電部及び第2導電部と電気的に接続され、前記第1導電部と前記第2導電部の導通を検出する検出器とを備える摩耗検知システムが提供される。

Claims (17)
- 摺動面を有する非導電性の第1摺動部と、
前記第1摺動部の、前記摺動面とは反対側に設けられた第2摺動部と、
前記第1摺動部と前記第2摺動部との間に、前記第1摺動部及び前記第2摺動部の各々に密着して設けられる導電性部材とを備え、
前記第2摺動部は前記第1摺動部よりも硬度が高い摺動部品。 - 前記導電性部材は、同一平面上に存在し且つ互いに導通していない第1導電部と第2導電部とを有する請求項1に記載の摺動部品。
- 第1導電部と第2導電部は、それぞれ、半径の異なる複数の円弧状の線部と該複数の円弧状の線部を連結する連結線部を有する請求項2に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記導電性部材は、一本の連続する導電線である請求項1に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記導電線が同一平面上に半径を変えながら周回するように延在している請求項4に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記導電性部材は平板状又は膜状である請求項1または2に記載の摺動部品。
- 摺動面を有する非導電性の第1摺動部と、
前記第1摺動部の内部又は前記摺動面の反対側に設けられる導電性部材とを備え、
前記導電性部材は、同一平面上に存在し且つ互いに導通していない第1導電部と第2導電部とを有し、
第1導電部と第2導電部は、それぞれ、半径の異なる複数の円弧状の線部と該複数の円弧状の線部を連結する連結線部を有する摺動部品。 - 前記第1摺動部の摺動面の反対側に第2摺動部を備え、前記導電性部材は、前記第1摺動部の摺動面の反対側に設けられており、且つ前記第1摺動部と前記第2摺動部との間に前記第1摺動部及び前記第2摺動部の各々に密着して設けられている請求項7に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記第1摺動部は自己潤滑性樹脂から構成されている請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記導電性部材は平面内に延在し、前記第1摺動部の前記摺動面と前記導電性部材が延在する平面とが略平行である請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部品。
- 導電性である物体との摩擦による摺動部品の摩耗を検知する摩耗検知システムであって、
請求項2、3、7および8のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部品と、
前記摺動部品の第1導電部及び第2導電部と電気的に接続され、前記第1導電部と前記第2導電部の導通を検出する検出器とを備える摩耗検知システム。 - 非導電性である物体との摩擦による摺動部品の摩耗を検知する摩耗検知システムであって、
請求項1、4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部品と、
前記摺動部品の前記導電性部材に電気的に接続され、前記導電性部材の切断を検出する検出器とを備える摩耗検知システム。 - 導電性である物体との摩擦による摺動部品の摩耗を検知する摩耗検知システムであって、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部品と、
前記摺動部品の前記導電性部材と前記物体に電気的に接続され、前記導電性部材と前記物体の導通を検出する検出器とを備える摩耗検知システム。 - 前記検出器に接続された発信機と、
前記発信機から発信された信号を受信する受信機とを更に備える請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の摩耗検知システム。 - 風力発電装置のナセルの向きを調整するヨーシステムであって、
ナセルに取り付けられた回転体と、
前記回転体を摺動支持する請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部品と、
前記回転体を制止するブレーキとを有するヨーシステム。 - 風力発電装置のナセルの向きを調整するヨーシステムであって、
ナセルに取り付けられた回転体と、
請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の摩耗検知システムを備えたヨーシステム。 - 請求項15または16に記載のヨーシステムを備えた風力発電装置。
