Claims (16)
1. Brændstofråmateriale der omfatter mindst to sorbenter og kommunalt fast affald (MSW), hvor mindst en sorbent er en natriumbaseret sorbent, hvor den natriumbaserede sorbent er 19 % (vægt/vægt) til 30 % (vægt/vægt) af den totale vægt af brændstofråmaterialet, mindst en sorbent er en calciumbaseret sorbent, hvor den calciumbaserede sorbent er 5 % (vægt/vægt) til 12 % (vægt/vægt) af den samlede vægt af brændstofråmaterialet, råmaterialet omfatter endvidere mindst en sorbent til reduktion af kviksølv og MSW omfatter 5 % (vægt/vægt) til 50 % (vægt/vægt) plast og 50 % (vægt/vægt) til 95 % (vægt/vægt) fiber og indeholder ikke mere end 0,01 % (vægt/vægt) glas, metaller, grus og ikke-brændbart affald.
2. Brændstofråmaterialet ifølge krav 1, hvor brændstofråmaterialet har et carbonindhold på 25 % (vægt/vægt) til 59 % (vægt/vægt), et hydrogenindhold på 3 % (vægt/vægt) til 7 % (vægt/vægt), et oxygenindhold på 9 % (vægt/vægt) til 44 % (vægt/vægt) og et askeindhold på 5 % (vægt/vægt) til 25 % (vægt/vægt) hvori H/C-forholdet er fra 0,07 til 0,21 og O/C-forholdet er fra 0,2 til 1,52.
3. Brændstofråmaterialet ifølge krav 1, hvor den natriumbaserede sorbent er valgt fra gruppen, der består af natriumbicarbonat, trinatriumhydrogendicarbonat-dihydrat (Trona), natriumsesquicarbonat, natriumcarbonat og kombinationer deraf.

Brændstofråmaterialet ifølge krav 1, hvor MSW omfatter 10 % (vægt/vægt) til 30 % (vægt/vægt) plast og 70 % (vægt/vægt) til 90 % (vægt/vægt) fiber, eventuelt hvor MSW'en omfatter 20 % (vægt/vægt) plast og 80 % (vægt/vægt) fiber, eller brændstofråmaterialet ifølge krav 1, hvor MSW omfatter 20 % (vægt/vægt) plast og 80 % (vægt/vægt) fiber, den natriumbaserede sorbent er natriumbicarbonat, og det calciumbaserede sorbent er calciumhydroxid, eller brændstofråmaterialet ifølge krav 1, hvor sorbenten til kviksølvreduktion er valgt fra gruppen, der består af calciumbromid, ammoniumbromid, natriumbromid, io-dholdige forbindelser og chlorholdige forbindelser eller blandinger deraf, fortrinsvis hvor sorbenten til kviksølvreduktion er calciumbromid, eventuelt hvor calcium-bromidet omfatter 0,05 % (vægt/vægt) til 0,15 % (vægt/vægt) af brændstofråmaterialet.

10. Fremgangsmåde til generering af energi der omfatter co-forbrænding i en reaktor af brændstofråmaterialet ifølge krav 1 og mindst ét fossilt brændsel, hvor emissionen af mindst et forurenende stof er mindre end emissionen af forureningen, når det fossile brændsel forbrændes i fravær af brændstofråmaterialet.

Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 10, hvor brændstofråmaterialet er i en mængde på mellem 10 % og 60 % af energien, eventuelt i en mængde på mellem 20 % til 40 % af energien eller fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 10, hvor brændstofråmaterialet er i en mængde på mellem 5 og 40 vægt-%, eventuelt i en mængde på mellem 15 og 40 vægt-%
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 10, hvor det fossile brændsel er kul, og hvor kullet indeholder svovl, således at molforholdet mellem svovlet i kullet og calciumet i brændstofråmaterialet er mellem 1 : 1 til 5 : 1, eventuelt hvor emission af svovlbaserede forurenende stoffer reduceres med 50 % eller mere.
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 10, hvor forureningen er mindst et svovlbaseret forurenende stof, som er valgt fra gruppen, der består af SO2, SO3, H2SO4, H2S eller kombinationer deraf, eller fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 10, hvor forureningen er mindst et chlor-baseret forurenende stof, som er valgt fra gruppen, der består af CI2, HCI eller kombinationer deraf, eventuelt hvor emissionen af chlor-baserede forurenende stoffer reduceres med 50 % eller mere, eller fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor forureningen er mindst et nitrogenbaseret forurenende stof er, som er valgt fra gruppen, der består af NO, NO2, N2O, HN, HCN, HNO3, eller kombinationer deraf, eventuelt hvor emissionen af nitrogenbaserede forurenende stoffer reduceres med 50 % eller mere, eller fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 10, hvor forureningen er mindst et kviksølv-baseret forurenende stof, som er valgt fra gruppen, der består af Hg0, Hg2+, HgCl2, eller kombinationer deraf, eventuelt hvor emissionen af kviksølv-baserede forurenende stoffer reduceres med 50 % eller mere.
15. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 10, hvor røgopacitet er reduceret sammenlignet med røgopaciteten, når det fossile brændsel forbrændes i fravær af brændstofråmaterialet.
16. Fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af et brændstofråmateriale ifølge krav 1, der omfatter behandling af plast- og natrium-baserede og calcium-baserede sorben-ter med mindst 50 % (vægt/vægt) af plasten til dannelse af en plast-sorberende pellet, der derefter forarbejdes med fiber og enhver resterende plastik til dannelse af fiber-plast-sorbent-pellets.
