Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af matte overflader, kendetegnet ved, at (1) et strålingshærdeligt belægningsmiddel påføres et substrat, (2) den strålingshærdelige belægning i trin (1) bestråles med UV-lys, der har en bølgelængde > 200 nm til < 420 nm ved en strålingsdosis på 25 til 120 mJ/cm2, (3) belægningen, der er opnået fra trin (2), bestråles med UV-lys, der har en bølgelængde > 120 nm til < 230 nm, (4) belægningen, der er opnået fra trin (3) sluthærdes ved hjælp af aktinisk stråling, hvor belægningsmidlet i trin (1) påføres på substratet i en lagtykkelse på > 24 pm til < 500 pm.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at i trin (2) foregår bestrålingen med UV-lys, der har en bølgelængde > 280 nm til < 420 nm.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at bestrålingen i trin (3) foregår med UV-lys, der har en bølgelængde > 150 nm til < 225 nm.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at strålingsdosis i trin (2) er på 30 til 100 mJ/cm2.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at sluthærdningen i trin (4) foregår med UV-stråling, der har en bølgelængde > 200 nm til < 420 nm ved en strålingsdosis på 80 til 4000 mJ/cm2.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at sluthærdningen i trin (4) foregår med elektronstråling med en dosis på 10 til 100 kGy.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at der i trin (1) anvendes et belægningsmiddel, der indeholder a) et eller flere strålingshærdelige bindemidler, c) en eller flere fotoinitiatorer.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at der som strålingshærdeligt bindemiddel anvendes: a) en oligomer og/eller polymer, der er valgt fra gruppen af (meth)acrylatcopolymerer, polyether(meth)acrylater, polyester(meth)acrylater, epoxy(meth)acrylater, urethan(meth)acrylater, amino(meth)acrylater, melamin(meth)acrylater, silicone(meth)acrylater og phosphazen(meth)acrylater.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at trin (2) foregår under atmosfæriske betingelser og trin (3) under en inert gasatmosfære.
10. Substrater, som er blev belagt ifølge en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9.
