Claims (9)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et kompositpolymermateriale, hvor fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: (a) at tilvejebringe et mineralsk fyldstofmateriale; (b) at tilvejebringe et polymermateriale; (c) at transportere det mineralske fyldstofmateriale fra trin (a) og polymermaterialet fra trin (b) til en blander; (d) at danne et kompositpolymermateriale i blanderen; hvor det mineralske fyldstofmateriale fra trin (a) tilsættes polymermaterialet fra trin (b) i en mængde således at det mineralske fyldstofindhold af det resulterende kompositpolymermateriale er i området fra 150 til 900 phr, det mineralske fyldstofmateriale fra trin (a) tilsættes polymermaterialet fra trin (b) under anvendelse af direkte tilsætningsteknologi, idet teknologien omfatter tilsætning og blanding af det mineralske fyldstofmateriale til polymermaterialet i en direkte tilsætningsindretning opstrøms fra et blandingsafsnit i blanderen, hvor den direkte tilsætningsindretning er i direkte forbindelse med blandingsafsnittet i blanderen således at det ikke indebærer pneumatisk transport af den resulterende blanding til blandingsafsnittet, blanderen er en ekstruder, og hvor polymermaterialet omfatter polyvinylchlorid.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at det mineralske fyldstofindhold i det resulterende kompositpolymermateriale er i området fra 150 til 800 phr.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved at kompositpolymermaterialet i trin (d) fremstilles i form af et granulat med en gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse i området fra 2 til 8 mm.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det opnåede kompositpolymermateriale mikroniseres til at give en gennemsnitlig kornstørrelse på mindre end 4 mm.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at polymermaterialet tilvejebragt i trin (b) omfatter et mineralsk fyldstofmateriale.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at polymermaterialet tilvejebragt i trin (b) omfatter et genbrugspolymermateriale.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at polymersmeltemassens temperatur fortrinsvis holdes under 205°C.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det mineralske fyldstofmateriale er valgt fra gruppen bestående af calciumcarbonat, kridt, kalksten, marmor, dolomit, titaniumdioxid, bariumsulfat, talkum, ler eller mica, og blandinger deraf, hvor det mineralske fyldstofmateriale fortrinsvis er calciumcarbonat og/eller dolomit.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det mineralske fyldstofmateriale er valgt fra formalet dolomit, formalet calciumcarbonat (GCC), præcipiteret calciumcarbonat (PCC), modificeret calciumcarbonate (MCC), eller blandinger deraf.
