Claims (7)
1. Fleksibel rørledning omfattende: en indvendig liner (10), der er udformet som et rør og har en indvendig overflade (12), der definerer en indvendig diameter, hvor den indvendige liner (10) er udformet af et materiale, som indeholder en termoplast; et forstærkningslag (15), der indbefatter mindst et første lag (16, 22) af forstærkningsbånd, der er viklet spiralformet i en første spiralformet retning omkring den indvendige liner (10) og et andet lag (18, 24) af forstærkningsbånd, der er viklet spiralformet omkring det første lag (16, 22) af forstærkningsbånd i en anden spiralformet retning modsat den første spiralformede retning; og en udvendig kappe (20), der er påført over og sammenføjet med forstærkningslaget (15), hvor den udvendige kappe (20) indeholder en termoplast; kendetegnet ved, at: det første lag (16, 22) af forstærkningsbånd og det andet lag (18, 24) af forstærkningsbånd hver især omfatter et forstærkningsbånd indeholdende glasfiberforstærkninger (101) i en matrixsammensætning (102), hvor matrixsam-mensætningen (102) indeholder højdensitetspolyethylen og en maleinsyrean-hydridpodet polyethylen i en mængde på 8 til 20 vægtprocent af højdensitets-polyethylenen; hvor det første lag (16, 22) af forstærkningsbånd er sammenføjet med det andet lag (18, 24) af forstærkningsbånd ved sammensmeltning af højdensitets-polyethylenen i forstærkningsbåndet; hvor forstærkningslaget (15) er sammenføjet med den indvendige liner (10) ved sammensmeltning af termoplasten i den indvendige liner (10) og højden-sitetspolyethylenen i forstærkningsbåndet; hvor den udvendige kappe (20) er sammenføjet med forstærkningslaget (15) ved sammensmeltning af termoplasten i den udvendige kappe (20) med høj-densitetspolyethylenen i forstærkningsbåndet; hvor rørledningen har en indvendig diameter på 125 til 600 mm; og forstærkningsbåndet har en tykkelse på 0,6 til 1,5 mm og en bredde på 25 til 40 % af en udvendig diameter af rørledningen.
2. Fleksibel rørledning ifølge krav 1, hvor den indvendige liner (10) har et udvendig diameter til en vægtykkelse-forhold på 30:1 til 50:1.
3. Fleksibel rørledning ifølge krav 1, hvor forstærkningsbåndet indeholder et tilsætningsstof til forøgelse af slagstyrken af højdensitetspolyethylenen (HDPE).
4. Fleksibel rørledning ifølge krav 3, hvor tilsætningsstoffet er mindst en af: gummi, ethylenevinylacetat (EVA), styrenbutadienstyren (SBS), styre-nisoprenstyren (SIS), styrenethylenbutylenstyren (SEBS) elleret middeldensi-tetspolyethylen.
5. Fleksibel rørledning ifølge krav 4, hvor matrixsammensætningen indeholder styrenethylenbutylenstyren-polymeren i en mængde på 3 til 13 vægtprocent af HDPEen.
6. Fleksibel rørledning ifølge krav 4, hvor matrixsammensætningen indeholder middeldensitetspolyethylenen i en mængde på 10 til 30 vægtprocent af HDPEen.
7. Fleksibel rørledning ifølge krav 4, hvor matrixsammensætningen indeholder styrenethylenbutylenstyren-polymeren i en mængde på 3 til 13 vægtprocent af HDPEen og middeldensitetspolyethylenen i en mængde på 10 til 30 vægtprocent af HDPEen.
