Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et kompositmateriale, som omfatter de følgende trin: - anbringe mindst ét forstærkningslag (2, 3, 4) på den indvendige flade af en form (6, 6a, 6b), - positionere en nedbrydelig membran (1) på det yderste forstærkningslag (2) af det mindst ét forstærkningslag (2, 3, 4), hvor den nedbrydelige membran (1) er fremstillet af et materiale, som har en mindre luftgennemtrængelighed end det mindst ét forstærkningslag, - anvende sugning mellem den indvendige flade af formen (6, 6a, 6b) og den nedbrydelige membran (1) til at presse det mindst ét forstærkningslag (2, 3, 4) mod den indvendige flade af formen (6, 6a, 6b), - dække den nedbrydelige membran (1) i det mindste delvist med mindst én vakuumfilm (9), - generere et vakuum i området mellem vakuumfilm (9) og formen (6, 6a, 6b), - indsprøjte harpiks i dette område ved hjælp af vakuum, og - lade harpiksen hærde, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter initiering af en nedbrydning af den nedbrydelige membran (1) ved at forårsage en fysisk eller kemisk forandring af membranmaterialet efter at have genereret et vakuum i området mellem vakuumfilmen (9) og formen (6) og før harpiksen er fuldstændig hærdet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, - hvor nedbrydningen af den nedbrydelige membran (1) initieres ved hjælp af et nedbrydningsmiddel, der indføres som en gas i vakuummet eller som en del af harpiksen.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, - hvor harpiksen, f.eks. et materiale af umættet polyester, omfatter et opløsningsmiddel, og den nedbrydelige membran (1) er fremstillet af et materiale, f.eks. et syntetisk plastmateriale, som er opløseligt i opløsningsmidlet, som omfatter harpiks.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, - hvor harpiksen omfatter styren, og den nedbrydelige membran (1) er fremstillet af et materiale, som omfatter polystyren.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, - hvor harpiksen omfatter et akrylat, et methakrylat eller et fortyndingsmiddel, og den nedbrydelige membran (1) omfatter et materiale, som er opløseligt i den respektive harpiks.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, - hvor nedbrydningen af den nedbrydelige membran (1) initieres ved at hælde vand på den nedbrydelige membran, og hvor den nedbrydelige membran (1) omfatter et materiale, som kan opløses eller nedbrydes i vand.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 6, - hvor nedbrydningen af den nedbrydelige membran (1) initieres ved at udsætte den nedbrydelige membran (1) til en kemisk substans, der er forskellig fra et opløsningsmiddel.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, - hvor nedbrydningen af den nedbrydelige membran (1) initieres ved at opvarme den nedbrydelige membran (1) til en temperatur, der er højere end en forudbestemt temperatur.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, - hvor nedbrydningen af den nedbrydelige membran (1) initieres ved at forårsage en sublimation af den nedbrydelige membran (1).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, - hvor nedbrydningen af den nedbrydelige membran (1) initieres med en ændring af vakuumbetingelserne i området mellem vakuumfilmen (9) og formen (6, 6a, 6b).
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, - hvor nedbrydningen af den nedbrydelige membran (1) initieres ved at udsætte den nedbrydelige membran (1) for lys eller ved hjælp af molekylær nedbrydning.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, - hvor den nedbrydelige membran (1) er enten fuldstændig uigennemtrængelig eller delvis gennemtrængelig, f.eks. perforeret, på det tidspunkt, hvor den nedbrydelige membran (1) er anbragt på det yderste forstærkningslag (2) af det mindst ét forstærkningslag (2, 3, 4).
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, - hvor den nedbrydelige membran (1) er stiv, strækbar, fastgjort til et bærermedium og/eller fremstillet direkte øverst på det yderste forstærkningslag (2) eller øverst på et bærermedium.
