resumo patente de invenção: "método para fabricar composto". a presente invenção refere-se ao método para fabricar composto compreendendo as etapas de depositar pelo menos uma camada de reforço (2, 3, 4) sobre superfície interna de molde (6, 6a, 6b), posicionar membrana degradável (1) sobre camada de reforço externa (2) da pelo menos uma camada de reforço (2, 3, 4), em que membrana degradável (1) é feita de material que tem permeabilidade ao ar mais baixa do que pelo menos uma camada de reforço (2, 3, 4), aplicar sucção entre superfície interna do molde (6, 6a, 6b) e membrana degradável (1) para pressionar pelo menos uma camada de reforço (2, 3, 4) na direção da superfície interna do molde (6, 6a, 6b), cobrir membrana degradável (1) com pelo menos um filme de vácuo (9), gerar vácuo dentro da região entre filme de vácuo (9) e molde (6, 6a, 6b), injetar resina dentro desta região com vácuo, e deixar a resina curar, compreendendo ainda iniciar degradação da membrana degradável (1) provocando mudança física ou química do material de membrana após ter gerado vácuo dentro da região entre filme de vácuo (9) e molde (6, 6a, 6b) e antes da resina ter curado completamente.
