Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para fabricar un compuesto que comprende los pasos de colocar al menos una capa de refuerzo (2, 3, 4) sobre la superficie interior de un molde (6, 6a, 6b), posicionar una membrana degradable (1) sobre la capa de refuerzo más exterior (2) de dicha al menos una capa de refuerzo (2, 3, 4), en donde la membrana degradable (1) está hecha de un material que tiene una permeabilidad al aire menor que dicha al menos una capa de refuerzo (2, 3, 4), aplicar succión entre la superficie interior del molde (6, 6a, 6b) y la membrana degradable (1) para presionar al menos una capa de refuerzo (2, 3, 4) hacia la superficie interior del molde (6, 6a, 6b), cubrir la membrana degradable (1) con al menos una película de vacío (9), generar un vacío en la región entre la película de vacío (9) y el molde (6, 6a, 6b), inyectar resma en esta región por medio de vacío, y dejar curar la resina, en donde el método comprende iniciar una degradación de la membrana degradable (1) al provocar un cambio físico o químico del material de membrana después de haber generado un vacío en la región entre la película de vacío (9) y el molde (6, 6a, 6b) y antes de que la resina se haya curado completamente.
