Claims (12)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en kompositskalstruktur i form af en vindmøllevingeskaldel omfattende et fiberforstærket materiale indesluttet i et hærdet resin, og som omfatter følgende trin: A) Tilvejebringelse af en første formdel (10), som har en fortrinsvis i det væsentlige konkav formdelstøbeoverflade (11) med en kontur som definerer en ydre overfade af kompositskalstrukturen; B) tilvejebringelse af en præformdannende del (12), som har en fortrinsvis i det væsentlige konveks- og i det væsentlige opad pegende præformdannende overflade (13), som er formet i det væsentlige komplementær til den første formdelstøbeoverflade (11); C) at frembringe en præform (14) ved at anbringe et tørt fibermateriale omfattende et antal tørre fiberlag på den præformdannende overflade (13); D) at samle den første formdel (10) med den præformdannende del (12), således at den første formdelstøbeoverflade (11) vender mod den præformdannende overflade (13) og et hulrum er defineret imellem overfladerne, hvori fibermaterialet anbragt på den præformdannende overflade (13) af præformdannende del (12) i det væsentlige befinder sig; E) overførsel af præformen (14) til den første formdel ved at frigøre fibermaterialet fra den præformdannende overflade (13), sådan at det modtages på støbeoverfladen (11) af den første formdel (10); F) at fjerne den præformdannende del (12) fra den første formdel (10); G) frembringelse af et formhulrum ved hjælp af en anden formdel anbragt ovenpå fibermaterialet; H) at hærde resinet eller lade resinet hærde; og hvor resinet er tilført formhulrummet efter trin G), hvor den anden formdel er en fleksibel formdel fremstillet af et fleksibelt materiale, fortrinsvis en polymerfilm (34), og hvor - før trin C)- den fleksible formdel er anbragt på den præformdannende overflade (13).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor fibermaterialet udelukkende omfatter et tørt fibermateriale.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor resin kun tilføres formhulrummet.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af ovenstående krav, hvor der er frembragt vakuum i formhulrummet.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af ovenstående krav, hvor den præformdannende overflade (13) er formgivet i det væsentlige komplementært til hele den første formdel støbeoverflade (11).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af ovenstående krav, hvor der i trin C) er tilført kernemateriale såsom balsatræ eller skummateriale til fibermaterialet og dermed til præformen (14).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af ovenstående krav, hvor der efter trin C) anbringes en eller flere polymerfolier ovenpå præformen (14).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af ovenstående krav, hvor den præformdannende del (12) er tilvejebragt med sugemidler.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor mindst en polymerfolie er fremstillet af et materiale, der er kompatibelt med resinet, og som smelter eller opløses under hærdningen af resinet.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af ovenstående krav, hvor i det mindste en del af fiberlagene i trin C) er vedhæftet hinanden eksempelvis ved syning, hæftning eller adhæsion, eksempelvis ved at buge en tacky sammensætning.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af ovenstående krav, hvor trin (D) udføres ved at bevæge den første formdel (10) til den samlede position med den præformdannende del (12) og så vende den første formdel (10) og den præformdannende del rundt.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-10, hvor trin D) er udført ved at dreje den præformdannende del (12) rundt og bevæge den til den samlede position med den første formdel (10), mens præformen (14) holdes tilbage i den præformdannende del (12).
