Claims (8)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fiberkompositemne, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter trinene: a) placering af mindst et porøst element i en form; b) placering af et eller flere lag af fiberforstærkning i formen; c) tilsætning af resin som distribueres igennem det porøse element til fiberforstærkningslagene, og d) tillade resinet at hærde og det porøse fordelingselement at vokse sammen, således at der dannes et sammenhængende lag, hvor det porøse element er placeret således, at det danner et yderste lag, når det er vokset sammen, og hvor det yderste lag har de samme egenskaber som en vanlig gel-coat.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det porøse element er placeret således, at det, efter at det er vokset sammen, danner et indre lag.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor sammenvoksningen af det porøse element tilvejebringes ved en kemisk behandling, under indflydelse af varme, stråling eller vibrationer eller en kombination heraf.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor sammenvoksningen af det porøse element til et sammenhængende lag er i det mindste delvist tilvejebragt under hærdningen af resinet.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor sammenvoksningen af det porøse element til et sammenhængende lag er i det mindste delvist udvirket under indvirkning af styren, som er tilstede under hærdningen af resinet.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor sammenvoksningen af det porøse element til et sammenhængende lag er i det mindste delvist udvirket af den varme, der frigives under hærdningen af resinet.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor fremgangsmåden er en vakuumformning.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor fiberkompositemnet er en del af en skal til en vindmøllevinge.
