Abstract
Description

本発明は、以下に詳細に説明するように、この目的を達成する成形型を提供する。
本発明は前述のとおりであり、以下に特許請求の範囲を記載する。
Claims (14)
- 鉄−ニッケル・エッグクレート構造体と、
前記エッグクレート構造体に固定された鉄−ニッケル合金・中間作業面であって、前記エッグクレート構造体及び前記中間作業面は、協働してベース成形型を定める、鉄−ニッケル合金・中間作業面と、
前記中間構造体に接合された炭素繊維複合材料オーバーレイと、
を備える、ハイブリッドレイアップ成形型。 - 前記鉄−ニッケル合金は、Invar(登録商標)36及びInvar(登録商標)42から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載のレイアップ成形型。
- 前記エッグクレート構造体及び前記中間作業面は、同じ鉄−ニッケル合金を含む、請求項1に記載のレイアップ成形型。
- 前記エッグクレート構造体は、複数の相隔たり共に溶接されたヘッダーボードを含む、請求項1に記載のレイアップ成形型。
- 前記中間作業面は、前記鉄−ニッケル合金の複数の当接薄肉シートを含み、前記シートの間の各当接部は、完全に溶接された継ぎ目を定める、請求項1に記載のレイアップ成形型。
- 前記CF複合材料オーバーレイのための前記炭素繊維材料は、CF織物、短繊維CFマット、CF一方向マット、CF一方向テープ、縫合CF多層マット、及びCFランダム配向織物から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載のレイアップ成形型。
- 前記CF複合材料は、予備含浸織物システム、CF樹脂注入織物、シート成形複合物、プレス成形複合材料、マッチ成形又はブラダ成形複合物、及び湿式積層材料から成る群から選択される、請求項6に記載のレイアップ成形型。
- 前記CF複合材料は、エポキシ、ベンゾオキサジン、又はBMI含浸多層織布又は短繊維マットである、請求項7に記載のレイアップ成形型。
- 前記CF複合材料は、予備含浸織物であり、含浸剤は、フェノール樹脂、ポリアリールエーテルケトン(PAEK)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトン(PEK)、BMI樹脂、PMR、エポキシ樹脂、ベンゾオキサジン樹脂、シアン酸エステル、ポリイミド、アクリル樹脂、並びにその混合物又は均等物から成る群から選択される、請求項7に記載のレイアップ成形型。
- ハイブリッドレイアップ成形型を製造する方法であって、
(a)鉄−ニッケル合金・エッグクレート構造体を準備するステップと、
(b)前記エッグクレート構造体の上にかぶせる鉄−ニッケル合金中間作業面を作るステップであって、前記中間作業面は、前記鉄−ニッケル合金の複数の当接薄肉シートを含み、前記当接部は、複数の継ぎ目を作る、ステップと、
(c)前記薄肉シートを前記エッグクレート構造体に仮付け溶接するステップと、
(d)前記隣接した当接シートを継ぎ目で溶接して、真空気密の単一中間作業面を形成するステップと、
(e)CF複合材料を前記中間作業面の上に施工するステップと、
(f)前記CF複合材料を前記中間作業面に真空バギングしてシールするステップと、
(g)前記CF複合材料を前記中間作業面に接合するステップと、
(h)その後、前記CF複合材料オーバーレイを最終寸法に機械加工するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記CF複合材料は、(a)前記ベース成形型及びCF複合材料をバギングし、その後、オーブン又はオートクレーブ内を真空にし、バギングした前記ベース成形型を、前記樹脂を硬化させるのに十分な温度に加熱することによって、前記中間作業面に接合される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 以前のCF複合材料オーバーレイの劣化後に新しいCF複合材料オーバーレイを前記中間作業面に施工するステップをさらに含み、その後、ステップ(f)、(g)、及び(h)を繰り返す、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 複数のヘッダーボードを共に溶接して前記エッグクレート構造体を作るステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記CF複合材料は、エポキシ、ベンゾオキサジン、又はBMI含浸多層織物又は短繊維マットである、請求項10に記載の方法。
