Claims (9)

  1. Fremgangsmåder til hydrolyse af acetyleret celluloseholdigt materiale
    1. Fremgangsmåde til hydrolyse af acetyleret celluloseholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter udsættelse af det acetylerede celluloseholdige materiale for et cellulolytisk præparat og en acetylxylanesterase (AXE), hvor nævnte acetylxylanesterase (AXE) stammer fra en Th/e/av/a-stamme og udviser mindst 80% identitet med SEQ ID NO: 1 heri.
  2. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor acetyleret celluloseholdigt materiale er forbehandlet celluloseholdigt materiale.
  3. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det acetylerede celluloseholdige materiale er plantemateriale, som er termomekanisk forarbejdet til pulp, såsom acetyleret pulp af majsblade og -stilke.
  4. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor nævnte acetylxylanesterase (AXE) stammer fra en stamme af slægten Thielavia, såsom en Thielavia terrestris-stamme, såsom en ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1 heri eller en acetylxylanesterase, som udviser mindst 85%, såsom mindst 90%, fortrinsvis mindst 95%, såsom mindst 96%, såsom mindst 97%, såsom mindst 98%, såsom mindst 99% identitet med SEQ ID NO: 1 heri.
  5. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor det cellulolytiske præparat er et cellulolytisk Trichoderma reesei-præparat, som endvidere omfatter Penicillium emerson/'/'-GH61 A-polypeptid med cellulolytisk forbedrende aktivitet, Aspergillus fumigatus-beta-glucosidasevariant og beta-xylosidase, som stammer fra en Aspergillus fumigatus- sta m m e.
  6. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor vægtforholdet mellem cellulolytisk præparat og acetylxylanesterase (AXE) er et forhold, som ligger i intervallet mellem 500:1 og 1:1, såsom mellem 50:1 og 2:1, såsom ca. 4:1.
  7. 7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt ud fra acetyleret celluloseholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) hydrolyse af det acetylerede celluloseholdige materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6; (b) fermentering ved anvendelse af en fermenterende organisme og (c) eventuelt indvinding af fermenteringsproduktet.
  8. 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor fermenteringsproduktet er ethanol.
  9. 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor det acetylerede celluloseholdige materiale er pulp af majsblade og -stilke.
