Claims (17)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af sandwichelementer omfattende påføring af flydende reaktionsblandinger på et dæklag ved hjælp af en påføringsanordning, idet dæklaget bevæges kontinuerligt, og påføringsanordningen omfatter i det mindste et rør a) , som er forsynet med en tilførsel af den flydende reaktionsblanding og åbninger b) i retning mod dæklaget, og som er anbragt oven over dæklaget parallelt med dæklagsniveauet og retvinklet på bevægelsesretningen for dæklaget, kendetegnet ved, at de ydre 1 til 4 åbninger b), som befinder sig oven for randen af dæklaget, er anbragt i en vinkel på 1 til 50° i retning mod randen af dæklaget.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at størrelsen på åbningernes b) vinkel tiltager i retning mod randen af dæklaget.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at størrelsen på de ydre åbningers b) vinkel bestemmes ved hjælp af formlen Mindre vinkel = Større vinkel/antal af de i vinklen anbragte åbninger.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at røret a) er placeret ubevægeligt.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at åbningerne b) er udformet således, at den flydende reaktionsblanding kommer ud af alle åbninger b) med samme hastighed.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at diameteren på åbningerne b) aftager fra tilførslen af den flydende reaktionsblanding til randene på røret a).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at længden på åbningerne b) aftager fra tilførslen af den flydende reaktionsblanding til randene på røret a).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at røret a) er anbragt således, at det rækker ud over i det mindste 60% af dæklagets bredde.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at røret a) er anbragt i en højde på 1 til 40 cm oven over dæklaget.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at tilførslen af den flydende reaktionsblanding befinder sig midt på røret a).
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at diameteren på røret a) er 0,2 til 5 cm.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at diameteren på åbningerne b) er 0,1 til 10 mm.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at afstanden mellem åbningerne b) er 2 til 200 mm.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at afstanden mellem de i en vinkel på 1 til 50° i retning mod randen af dæklaget anbragte åbninger bliver mindre fra midten og ud til randene.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at røret a) består af metal.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at røret a) består af kunststof.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 16, kendetegnet ved, at der anvendes to rør a) anbragt ved siden af hinanden.
