Claims (14)
1. Fleksibelt undervandsrør beregnet til transport af væsker, især carbonhy-drider omfattende en række lag, hvor mindst et lag heraf omfatter en polymerharpiks omfattende mindst et aluminiumsilicat- eller magnesiumsilicatnanorør kemisk forbundet til polymeren via en covalent binding.
2. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge krav 1, hvor polymeren og nævnte mindst ene aluminiumsilicat- eller magnesiumsilicat-nanorør er forbundet via en esterbinding, amidbinding, aminbinding, etherbinding, thioetherbinding, urinstofbinding, iminbinding, imidbinding, sulfonamidbinding, carbamatbinding, phosphat-binding, siloxanbinding, silanbinding eller carbon-carbontypen.
3. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 2, hvor polymeren er et polyamid eventuelt indbefattet funktionelle laterale kæder, en polyethy-len indbefattet funktionelle laterale kæder eller en polyvinylidenfluorid indbefattet funktionelle laterale kæder.
4. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 3, hvor nævnte mindst ene nanorør omfatter en kemisk forbindelse valgt fra: - et antikorrosionsmiddel og/eller - en C02-, H2S-, 02- og/eller CFU-sensor, og/eller - et antioxidantmiddel.
5. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 4 omfattende, udover laget omfattende et polymerharpiks omfattende mindst et alumino-silicat- eller magnesiumsilicat-nanorør kemisk forbundet til polymeren via en covalent binding, et eller flere af de følgende lag: - en ekstern polymerskede, og/eller - mindst et trækstyrkearmeringsnet, og/eller - eventuelt en trykbeholder og/eller - eventuelt et metalskelet.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 5 omfattende følgende trin: a) blanding af polymer og mindst et aluminium-silicat- eller magnesium-silicatnanorør med mindst en gruppe A, som kan danne en covalent binding med nævnte polymer, b) ekstrusion til dannelse af et lag omfattende nævnte harpiks, c) samling af laget opnået i trin b) med mindst et andet lag.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor nævnte gruppe A er: - enten en gruppe G valgt fra: - en gruppe valgt fra halogen, -OFI, -COOFI, -NH2, -SH, -OSi(R7)(R8)(R9) og alkoxyl, og - en mættet, umættet eller aromatisk, lineær, forgrenet eller cyklisk car-bonhydridkæde, substitueret med en eller flere grupper valgt fra Hal, -CO-Hal, -OCO-Hal, -S02-Hal, -COOH, -OH, -SH, -CN, -NCO, -OSi(R7)-(R8)(R9), -CR-|R2-Hal, -NR-|H,
hvor, - R7, R8 og R9 er uafhængigt OH, en alkyl eller en alkoxyl, - R-ι, R2 og R3 er uafhængigt H eller en mættet, umættet eller aromatisk, lineær, forgrenet eller cyklisk carbonhydridkæde, eventuelt selv substitueret med en eller flere grupper valgt fra gruppen halogen eller a -CO-Hal, -OCO-Hal, -S02-Hal, -COOR4, -COR4, -CR4Rs-Hal, -OR4, -SR4, -NR4R5, NR4COR5, -COR4NR5, -NR4-CO-NR5R6, -O-CO-NR4, -NR4-CO-ORs, -CN, -NO2, -NCO,
hvor R4, R5 og R6 uafhængigt er H eller en mættet, umættet eller aromatisk, lineær, forgrenet eller cyklisk carbonhydridkæde, - Hal er et halogen valgt fra chlor, brom og iod, - eller en gruppe -O-POSS, hvor POSS er en polyhedral oligomer silses-quioxan: - med formlen (RSiO-i,5)x, hvor: - x er et helt tal større end eller lig med 6 og mindre end eller lig med 12, og - R repræsenterer: - en gruppe G som defineret ovenfor, eller - en mættet, umættet eller aromatisk, lineær, forgrenet eller cyklisk carbonhydridkæde, under forudsætning af at grupperne R for hver gruppe RSiOi,5 kan være identiske eller forskellige fra hinanden, og at mindst en gruppe R repræsenterer en gruppe G, eller - med formlen [(RSi015)x'(XRSiOl!o)x"], hvor: - x' og x" uafhængigt af hinanden er et helt tal således, at summen af x' og x" er større end eller lig med 6 og mindre end eller lig med 12, og - R er som defineret ovenfor, og - X repræsenterer en gruppe G som defineret ovenfor, idet grupperne X for hver gruppe XRSiOi,0, som kan være identiske eller forskellige med hinanden, og identisk med eller forskellig fra R, idet det forudsættes at nabostillede grupper A kan være bundet til hinanden via en POSS.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor nævnte gruppe A er valgt fra: - en gruppe G’ valgt fra gruppen alkoxyl, -OH og -OSi(R7)(R8)(R9), hvor R7, R8 og R9 uafhængigt er OH, en alkylgruppe eller en alkoxylgruppe, og - en gruppe O-POSS, hvor POSS har: - formlen (R'SiOi,5)x, hvor x er et helt tal større end eller lig med 6 og mindre end eller lig med 12, og hvor R’ repræsenterer: - en gruppe G’ som defineret ovenfor, eller - en mættet, umættet eller aromatisk, lineær, forgrenet eller cyklisk carbonhydridkæde, idet det skal bemærkes, at grupperne R’ fra hver gruppe R'SiOi,5 kan være identiske eller forskellige fra hinanden, og at mindst en gruppe R’ repræsenterer en gruppe G’, eller -formlen [(R'SiOi,5)x'(G'R'SiOi,o)x»], hvor: - x’ og x” uafhængigt af hinanden er et helt tal med x’ forskelligt fra 0, således at summen af x’ og x” er større end eller lig med 6 og mindre end eller lig med 12, og - R’ er som defineret ovenfor, og - grupperne G’ for hver gruppe G'R'SiO-ι,ο kan være identiske eller forskellige fra hinanden og identiske eller forskellige fra R’.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor nævnte gruppe A er en gruppe G’ valgt fra gruppen alkoxyl, -OH og -OSi(R7)(R8)(R9), hvor R7, R8 og R9 uafhængigt er OH, alkyl eller alkoxyl.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 6 til 9, hvor: - polymeren er en polyamid eventuelt omfattende funktionelle laterale kæder, og nævnte mindst ene nanorør er bærer af mindst en af grupperne -OH, NH2 eller COOH, - polymeren er en polyethylen indbefattet funktionelle laterale kæder som bærergrupper med formlen -Si-(ORio)(ORn)(ORi2), hvor R10, Ru og Ri2 er uafhængige alkylgrupper, og nævnte mindst ene nanorør er bærer af mindst en af grupperne -OH, -OSi(R7)(R8)(R9) eller alkoxyl, hvor R7, Rs og R9 uafhængigt repræsenterer OH, alkyl eller alkoxyl, eller - polymeren er en polyvinylidinfluorid indbefattet funktionelle laterale kæder med COOH-grupper eller anhydridgrupper, og nævnte mindst ene nanorør er en bærer af mindst en -OH-gruppe.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 6 til 10 omfattende et efterfølgende trin d) til tværbinding af samlingen opnået i løbet af trin c), hvor den covalente binding, som eventuelt kan dannes mellem gruppe A båret af alumi-no-silicat- eller magnesiumsilicat-nanorøret, og polymeren er en siloxanbinding.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 6 til 11 til fremstilling af et fleksibelt undervandsrør omfattende mindst et lag omfattende en polyethylen-polymerharpiks indbefattet lateral kæde med formlen -CH2-CH2-Si-(OR-i0)-(ORh)(ORi2), hvor R10, Ru og R-|2 uafhængigt er alkylgrupper, omfattende trinnene: a-ι) smeltning af en polyethylenpolymer, a2) tilsætning af et vinylsilanderivat med formlen CH2=CH-Si-(ORi0)(ORn)-(ORi2), en peroxidinitiator og mindst et alumino-silicat- eller magnesium-silicatnanorør med en bærer af hydroxyl, trialkoxysilan eller alkoxyl for at opnå en polyethylen indbefattet funktionelle laterale kæder, a3) blanding af polyethylenet, en katalysator for tværbindingsreaktionen, eventuelt en antioxidant og/eller en stabilisator, b) ekstrudering heraf til dannelse af et lag omfattende nævnte harpiks, c) samling af laget opnået i trin b) med mindst et andet lag, d) tværbinding af samlingen opnået i løbet af trin c), idet det underforstås at trinnene a2, a3 og b) kan udføres samtidigt.
13. Anvendelse af et fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 5 til transport af væsker.
14. Anvendelse ifølge krav 13 til transport af carbonhydrider.
