Claims (15)
1. Fleksibelt undervandsrør til transport af væsker, især carbonhydrider, omfattende mindst et lag omfattende en polymerharpiks, kendetegnet ved, at polymerharpiksen omfatter titandioxidnanopartikler, som er overflademodificerede og bundne med en covalent binding og/eller hydrogenbinding til polymeren.
2. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge krav 1, i hvilket titandioxidnanopartiklerne omfatter på overfladen mindst en gruppe i stand til at danne en kemisk binding, og som har den følgende formel (I):
(I), i hvilken: - n er 1,2 eller 3, - -L- er en spacer substitueret med n-grupper R', hvor L er valgt fra: - gruppen -U-, -(CO)-L'-, -(CO)-NH-L'-, -Si-(A)3-n(L')p(0-L')q- eller
eller: - p og q er uafhængigt hele tal fra 1 til 3, således at summen p + q er n, - m er 0 eller 1, - U er en lineær, forgrenet eller cyklisk, mættet, umættet eller aromatisk polyvalent carbonhydridkæde, - A er gruppen A’ eller -O-A’, hvor A’ er en lineær, forgrenet eller cyklisk, mættet, umættet eller aromatisk monovalent carbonhydridkæde, - i er et helt tal varierende fra 1 til n, - for hver værdi af i, er R1 valgt uafhængigt fra et halogen eller gruppen -OCOCI, -COCI, -S02CI, -COOR-i, -COR-i, -CR1R2CI, -OR-i, -SR^ -NR^, -NR-|COR2, -CORiNR2, -NR1-CO-NR2R3, -0-C0-NR1; -NRrCO-OR2, -CN, -N02, -NCO,
eller
hvor Ri, R2 og R3 uafhængigt er H eller en lineær, forgrenet eller cyklisk, mættet, umættet eller aromatisk carbonhydridkæde, som eventuelt selv er substitueret med en eller flere grupper valgt fra et halogen eller gruppen -OCOCI, -COCI, -S02CI, -COOR4, -COR4, -CR4R5CI, -OR4, -SR4, -NR4R5, -NR4COR5, -COR4NR5, -NR4-CO-NR5R6, -O-CO-NR4, -NR4-CO-OR5, -CN, -N02, -NCO,
hvor R4, R5 og R6 uafhængigt er H eller en lineær, forgrenet eller cyklisk, mættet, umættet eller aromatisk carbonhydridkæde.
3. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge krav 2, hvor titandioxidnanopartiklerne omfatter på overfladen mindst en gruppe i stand til at danne en kemisk binding og med følgende formel (II):
(II) I hvilken A, n, p, q, I, L’ og R' er som defineret i krav 2.
4. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 3, hvor polymeren er et polyamid, en homopolymer eller copolymer af polyvinylidenfluorid eventuelt omfattende funktionelle sidekæder, eller en polyethylen omfattende funktionelle sidekæder.
5. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 4, hvor nævnte mindst ene lag er den indre polymerforseglingskappe.
6. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 5, som yderligere omfatter følgende lag: - mindst et trækarmeringslag, - eventuelt et trykkammer, og/eller - eventuelt et metalskelet.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 6, omfattende følgende trin: a) dannelse af en polymerharpiks omfattende titandioxidnanopartikler, som er overflademodificerede og kemisk bundne til polymeren, omfattende blanding af polymer og titandioxidnanopartikler, som på overfladen har en gruppe i stand til at danne en hydrogenbinding og/eller covalent binding med en polymer, b) ekstrudering af blandingen opnået i trin a) til dannelse af et lag omfattende nævnte harpiks, c) samling af laget opnået i trin b) med mindst et andet lag.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor nævnte gruppe svarer til formel (I) som defineret i krav 2.

10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 7 til 9 omfattende et trin med kemisk kobling til dannelse af en covalent binding mellem nævnte gruppe og de funktionelle grupper af en polymer.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor den kemiske kobling katalyseres af varme, stråling eller en katalysator.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 7 til 11, hvor nævnte gruppe er i stand til at danne en covalent binding og er valgt fra grupperne med formel (I) som defineret i krav 2, i hvilke mindst et R' er valgt fra gruppen -F, -COOR-i, -COR-i, -ORi, -SR-i, -NR-|R2, -NR1COR2, -COR1NR2, -NR1-CO-NR2R3, -O-CO-NR-i, -NR-i-CO-OR2, -CN, -N02.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 7 til 12, omfattende forud for trin a) et trin med fremstilling af titandioxidnanopartikler omfattende på overfladen en gruppe i stand til at danne en hydrogenbinding og/eller covalent binding med en polymer, hvilken gruppe har følgende formel (II):

14. Anvendelse af et fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 6 til transport af fluider, især gasser eller væsker.
15. Anvendelse ifølge krav 14 til transport af carbonhydrider.
