Claims (15)
1. Fleksibelt undervandsrør af den ikke-forbundne type og beregnet til transport af carbonhydrider, som udefra og indad omfatter: - et udvendigt polymertætningshylster, - mindst ét lag af trækarmering, - en trykbue, - et indvendigt polymertætningshylster, - eventuelt et metalskrog, hvor det udvendige polymertætningshylster og/eller det indvendige polymertætningshylster omfatter polyethylen med høj molekylvægt, hvis gennemsnitlige molekylmasse i masse (Mw) er større end 400.000 g/mol.
2. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge krav 1, hvor polyethylen har en meget høj molekylvægt, hvis gennemsnitlige molekylmasse i masse (Mw) er større end 500.000 g/mol.
3. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge krav 2, hvor polyethylen har en ultrahøj molekylvægt, hvis gennemsnitlige molekylmasse i masse (Mw) er større end 3.000.000 g/mol.
4. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor polyethylen med høj molekylvægt er en ethylen-homopolymer eller en ethy-len-copolymer, som indeholder mindst 40 vægt% i vægtenheder fra a-olefinmonomerer, som omfatter 3 til 10 carbonatomer.
5. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor det udvendige polymertætningshylster og/eller det indvendige polymertætningshylster omfatter polyethylen med høj molekylvægt og en anden polyole-fin.
6. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge krav 5, hvor den anden polyolefin er ikke-tværbundet, så som en ikke-tværbundet polyethylen eller en ikke-tværbundet polypropylen.
7. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge krav 5, hvor den anden polyolefin er tværbundet, så som en tværbundet polyethylen eller en tværbundet polypropylen.
8. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7, hvor masseforholdet mellem polyethylen med høj molekylvægt og summen af polyethylen med høj molekylvægt og af polyolefin er større end 50%.
9. Fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7, hvor masseforholdet mellem polyethylen med høj molekylvægt og summen af polyethylen med høj molekylvægt og af polyolefin er mindre end 50%.
10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af det fleksible undervandsrør ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, som omfatter de følgende trin: a) ekstrudering for at danne et indvendigt eller udvendigt polymertætningshylster, som omfatter en polyethylen med høj molekylvægt, hvis gennemsnitlige molekylmasse i masse (Mw) er større end 400.000 g/mol, hvor ekstruderingen eventuelt udføres på et andet lag, b) eventuel samling af det indvendige eller udvendige polymertætningshylster, der opnås i trin a), med mindst ét andet lag.
11. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10 af det fleksible undervandsrør ifølge krav 6, uden tværbindingstrinnet.
12. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10 af det fleksible undervandsrør ifølge krav 7, som omfatter de følgende trin: a) ekstrudering for at danne et indvendigt eller udvendigt polymertætningshylster, som omfatter en polyethylen med høj molekylvægt og en krydsbundet polyolefin, hvor ekstruderingen eventuelt udføres på et andet lag, a2) tværbinding af den polyolefin, som kan tværbindes, c) eventuel samling af det indvendige eller udvendige polymertætningshylster, der opnås i trin a2), med mindst ét andet lag.
13. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor den polyolefin, som kan tværbindes, er en polyolefin, der bærer trialcoxysilan-grupper.
14. Anvendelse af et fleksibelt undervandsrør ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9 til transport af carbonhydrider.
15. Anvendelse af en polyethylen med høj molekylvægt, hvis gennemsnitlige molekylmasse i masse (Mw) er større end 400.000 g/mol i et indvendigt og/eller udvendigt polymertætningshylster af et fleksibelt undervandsrør, der er beregnet til transport af carbonhydrider, for at øge modstandsdygtigheden af det indvendige og/eller udvendige polymertætningshylster mod blæredannelse.
