Claims (12)

1. Fleksibelt rør, der omfatter et rørlag, der omfatter en polymer, der er tværbundet i større grad ved et ydre område (102a) af rørlaget end i et indre område (102b) af rørlaget, hvor det ydre område er defineret af den ydre overflade af rørlaget til en dybde på 5 % af den totale tykkelse af rørlaget og det indre område er defineret af den indre overflade af rørlaget til en dybde på 5 % af den totale tykkelse af rørlaget, hvor graden af tværbinding i det ydre område er mindst 50 % gelindhold og graden af tværbinding i det indre område er mindre end 40 % gelindhold.

9. Rør ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor graden af tværbinding aftager fra den ydre overflade af rørlaget til den indre overflade af rørlaget.
10. Rør ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der endvidere omfatter et armeringslag placeret omkring rørlaget.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fleksibelt rør ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: a. ekstrudering af et rørlag, der omfatter en polymer, og b. tværbinding af polymeren i større grad ved det ydre område af rørlaget end ved det indre område of rørlaget, hvor det ydre område er defineret af den ydre overflade af rørlaget til en dybde på 5 % af den totale tykkelse af rørlaget og det indre område er defineret af den indre overflade af rørlaget til en dybde på 5 % af den totale tykkelse af rørlaget, og hvor graden af tværbinding i det ydre område er mindst 50 % gelindhold og graden af tværbinding i det indre område er mindre end 40 % gelindhold.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor tværbinding udføres ved bestråling af den ydre overflade ved anvendelse af elektronstrålebestråling.
