Abstract
Description
a) 材料が、ポリオレフィン成形材料、ポリアミド成形材料及びポリビニリデンフルオリド(PVDF)成形材料の群から選択される少なくとも1つの層、並びに
b) 材料が、ポリアリーレンエーテルケトン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリアリーレンエーテルケトン/ポリフェニレンスルフィドブレンド、ポリフェニルスルホン及びポリアルキレンナフタラートの群から選択されるポリマーを基礎とする成形材料からなる少なくとも1つの層。
a) エチレンを20〜96質量%、好ましくは25〜85質量%有するエチレン/C3〜C12−α−オレフィンコポリマー。C3〜C12−α−オレフィンとして、例えばプロペン、1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、1−オクテン、1−デセン又は1−ドデセンが使用される。これについての典型的な例は、エチレン−プロピレンゴム並びにLLDPE及びVLDPEである。
b) エチレンを20〜96質量%、好ましくは25〜85質量%及び非共役ジエン、例えばビシクロ(2.2.1)ヘプタジエン、ヘキサンジエン−1,4、ジシクロペンタジエン又は5−エチリデンノルボルネンを最大で約10質量%有するエチレン/C3〜C12−α−オレフィン/非共役ジエンターポリマー。C3〜C12−α−オレフィンとして、同様に、例えばプロペン、1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、1−オクテン、1−デセン又は1−ドデセンが使用される。
a) 2〜12個のC原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン 20〜94.5質量%、
b) 次のものから選択される1種以上のアクリル系化合物 5〜79.5質量%
− アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸又はそれらの塩、
− アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸と、場合により遊離ヒドロキシル官能基又はエポキシ官能基を有していてもよいC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステル、
− アクリルニトリル又はメタクリルニトリル、
− アクリルアミド又はメタクリルアミド、
c) オレフィン系不飽和エポキシド、カルボン酸無水物、カルボン酸イミド、オキサゾリン又はオキサジノン 0.5〜50質量%。
a) α−オレフィン、例えばエチレン、プロピレン、1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、1−オクテン、1−デセン又は1−ドデセン;
b) アクリル酸、メタクリル酸又はこれらの塩、例えば対イオンとしてNa+又はZn2+との塩;メチルアクリラート、エチルアクリラート、n−プロピルアクリラート、n−ブチルアクリラート、イソブチルアクリラート、n−ヘキシルアクリラート、n−オクチルアクリラート、2−エチルヘキシルアクリラート、イソノニルアクリラート、ドデシルアクリラート、メチルメタクリラート、エチルメタクリラート、n−プロピルメタクリラート、n−ブチルメタクリラート、イソブチルメタクリラート、2−エチルヘキシルメタクリラート、ヒドロキシエチルアクリラート、4−ヒドロキシブチルメタクリラート、グリシジルアクリラート、グリシジルメタクリラート、アクリルニトリル、メタクリルニトリル、アクリルアミド、N−メチルアクリルアミド、Ν,Ν−ジメチルアクリルアミド、N−エチルアクリルアミド、N−ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド、N−プロピルアクリルアミド、N−ブチルアクリルアミド、N−(2−エチルヘキシル)アクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、N−メチルメタクリルアミド、Ν,Ν−ジメチルメタクリルアミド、N−エチルメタクリルアミド、N−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリルアミド、N−プロピルメタクリルアミド、N−ブチルメタクリルアミド、N,N−ジブチルメタクリルアミド、N−(2−エチルヘキシル)メタクリルアミド;
c) ビニルオキシラン、アリルオキシラン、グリシジルアクリラート、グリシジルメタクリラート、無水マレイン酸、アコニット酸無水物、イタコン酸無水物、更にこれらの無水物から水との反応により得られたジカルボン酸;マレインイミド、N−メチルマレインイミド、N−エチルマレインイミド、N−ブチルマレインイミド、N−フェニルマレインイミド、アコニット酸イミド、N−メチルアコニット酸イミド、N−フェニルアコニット酸イミド、イタコン酸イミド、N−メチルイタコン酸イミド、N−フェニルイタコン酸イミド、N−アクリロイルカプロラクタム、N−メタクリロイルカプロラクタム、N−アクリロイルラウリンラクタム、N−メタクリロイルラウリンラクタム、ビニルオキサゾリン、イソプロペニルオキサゾリン、アリルオキサゾリン、ビニルオキサジノン又はイソプロペニルオキサジノン。
a) 2〜12個のC原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン 20〜94.5質量%、
b) 次のものから選択される1種以上のアクリル系化合物 0〜79.5質量%
− アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸又はそれらの塩、
− アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステル、
− アクリルニトリル又はメタクリルニトリル、
− アクリルアミド又はメタクリルアミド、
c) エポキシ基を有するアクリル酸又はメタクリル酸のエステル 0.5〜80質量%、
その際、b)とc)との合計は、少なくとも5.5質量%である。
1. ポリアミド 60〜96.5質量部
2. 酸無水物基を含有する耐衝撃性成分(この場合、この耐衝撃性成分はエチレン/α−オレフィンコポリマー及びスチレン−エチレン/ブチレンブロックコポリマーから選択される) 3〜39.5質量部、
3. 次のモノマーの単位を含有するコポリマー 0.5〜20質量部:
a) 2〜12個のC原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン 20〜94.5質量%、
b) 次のものから選択される1種以上のアクリル系化合物 5〜79.5質量%
− アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸又はそれらの塩、
− アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸と、場合により遊離ヒドロキシル官能基又はエポキシ官能基を有していてもよいC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステル、
− アクリルニトリル又はメタクリルニトリル、
− アクリルアミド又はメタクリルアミド、
c) オレフィン系不飽和エポキシド、カルボン酸無水物、カルボン酸イミド、オキサゾリン又はオキサジノン 0.5〜50質量%、
その際、1、2及び3の成分の質量部の合計は100である。
1. ポリアミド 65〜90質量部、特に好ましくは70〜85質量部、
2. 耐衝撃性改良剤 5〜30質量部、特に好ましくは6〜25質量部、殊に好ましくは7〜20質量部、
3. 好ましくは次のモノマーの単位を有するコポリマー 0.6〜15質量部、特に好ましくは0.7〜10質量部:
a) 1種以上のα−オレフィン 30〜80質量%
b) 一種以上のアクリル系化合物 7〜70質量%、特に好ましくは10〜60質量%、
c) オレフィン系不飽和エポキシド、カルボン酸無水物、カルボン酸イミド、オキサゾリン又はオキサジノン 1〜40質量%、特に好ましくは5〜30質量%。
1. ポリアミド 50〜95質量部、
2. 官能化されたか又は官能化されていないポリオレフィン 1〜49質量部並びに
3. 官能化されたか又は官能化されていない耐衝撃性改良剤 1〜49質量部、
その際、1、2及び3の成分の質量部の合計は100である。
(−Ar−X−)及び(−Ar′−Y−)
の単位を有する。前記式中、Ar及びAr′は、二価の芳香族基、好ましくは1,4−フェニレン、4,4′−ビフェニレン並びに1,4−、1,5−又は2,6−ナフチレンを表す。Xは、電子吸引基、好ましくはカルボニル又はスルホニルであり、Yは、他の基、例えばO、S、CH2、イソプロピリデンなどを表す。この場合、前記基Xの少なくとも50%、好ましくは少なくとも70%及び特に好ましくは少なくとも80%は、カルボニル基を表し、前記基Yの少なくとも50%、好ましくは少なくとも70%、特に好ましくは少なくとも80%は酸素からなる。
(−C6H4−S−)
の単位を有する。好ましくは、少なくとも50質量%が、少なくとも70質量%が又は少なくとも90質量%が上記単位からなる。残りの単位は、ポリアリーレンエーテルケトンの場合に上記されているような単位又は三官能性又は四官能性の分岐単位であることができ、この分岐単位は合成時に例えばトリクロロベンゼン又はテトラクロロベンゼンの併用から生じる。ポリフェニレンスルフィドは、多くのタイプ又は成形材料の形で市販されている。

Claims (4)
- 次の層
a) 材料が、ポリオレフィン成形材料、ポリアミド成形材料及びポリビニリデンフルオリド成形材料の群から選択される少なくとも1つの層、並びに
b) 材料が、ポリアリーレンエーテルケトン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリアリーレンエーテルケトン/ポリフェニレンスルフィドブレンド、ポリフェニルスルホン及びポリアルキレンナフタラートの群から選択されるポリマーを基礎とする成形材料からなる少なくとも1つの層
を有する、内側ライニングを有する結合されていない層を備えた多層構造のフレキシブル管。 - 前記内側ライニングが管であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のフレキシブル管。
- b)の層が、a)の層から見て内側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項記載のフレキシブル管。
- 前記フレキシブル管は、前記内側ライニングの他に、
− 内側にあるカーカス、
− 1つ以上の外側にある補強層並びに
− 外側被覆
から選択される1つ以上の層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のフレキシブル管。
