[式中、Ar及びAr′は、二価の芳香族基、好ましくは1,4−フェニレン、4,4′−ビフェニレン並びに1,4−、1,5−又は2.6−ナフチレンを表す]の単位を有する。Xは、電子吸引基、好ましくはカルボニル又はスルホニルであり、Yは、他の基、例えばO、S、CH2、イソプロピリデンなどを表す。この場合、前記基Xの少なくとも50%、好ましくは少なくとも70%及び特に好ましくは少なくとも80%は、カルボニル基を表し、前記基Yの少なくとも50%、好ましくは少なくとも70%、特に好ましくは少なくとも80%は酸素からなる。

の単位を有する。好ましくは、少なくとも50質量%が、少なくとも70質量%が又は少なくとも90質量%が上記単位からなる。残りの単位は、ポリアリーレンエーテルケトンの場合に上記されているような単位又は三官能性又は四官能性の分岐単位であることができ、この分岐単位は合成時に例えばトリクロロベンゼン又はテトラクロロベンゼンの併用から生じる。ポリフェニレンスルフィドは、多くのタイプ又は成形材料の形で市販されている。
Claims (9)
- 結合されていない層を備えた多層構造のフレキシブル管の製造方法において、前記フレキシブル管は、管状の内側ライニング、及び螺旋状に配置されたスチールワイヤ、スチール異形材又はスチール帯材からなる単数又は複数の補強層を有し、プラスチック成形材料からなるテープを、前記管状の内側ライニング及び前記補強層から選択される更に内側にある層上に螺旋状に巻き付け、その後でオーバーラップ領域で同時に又は引き続き前記テープの上側の層と下側の層とを相互に溶接することにより層を形成することを特徴とする、結合されていない層を備えた多層構造のフレキシブル管の製造方法。
- 結合されていない層を備えた多層構造のフレキシブル管の製造方法において、前記フレキシブル管は、カーカス、管状の内側ライニング、及び螺旋状に配置されたスチールワイヤ、スチール異形材又はスチール帯材からなる単数又は複数の補強層を有し、プラスチック成形材料からなるテープを、前記カーカス、前記管状の内側ライニング及び前記補強層から選択される更に内側にある層上に螺旋状に巻き付け、その後でオーバーラップ領域で同時に又は引き続き前記テープの上側の層と下側の層とを相互に溶接することにより層を形成することを特徴とする、結合されていない層を備えた多層構造のフレキシブル管の製造方法。
- 前記テープは、オレフィン系ポリマー、ポリアミド、フッ素ポリマー、ポリフェニルスルホン、ポリアリーレンエーテルケトン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド又はポリアリーレンエーテルケトン/ポリフェニレンスルフィドブレンドを基礎とする成形材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記テープは単層又は多層であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記テープは多層であり、かつH2S又はCO2の拡散に対するバリア層を有することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記バリア層はEVOH成形材料からなる層であるか又は金属箔である、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記テープは長繊維により強化されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記溶接を、熱風溶接により、熱器具との接触により、火炎により、又は電磁線の入射により行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造されたフレキシブル管。
