Claims (10)
- OPSKUMMEDE GENSTANDE, DER UDVISER FORBEDREDE TERMISKE EGENSKABER1. Multicellulær polystyren, der omfatter: ekspanderet polystyren, der er dannet ved ekspansion af en ekspanderbar polystyren, der omfatter en adsorbent, der omfatter aluminiumoxid, idet indholdet af aluminiumoxid i den ekspanderbare polystyren er mindre end 3 vægtprocent, hvor den multicellulære polystyren udviser en multicellulær størrelsesfordeling, dvs. polystyrenen er bicellulær og omfatter små celler og store celler, hvor de store celler har en gennemsnitlig cellestørrelse på fra 150 til 900 mikrometer, og de små celler har en gennemsnitlig cellestørrelse på fra 5 til 50 mikrometer, hvor cellestrukturen bedømmes under anvendelse af scanningselektronmikroskopi.
- 2. Polystyren ifølge krav 1, hvor den ekspanderbare polystyren ud over aluminiumoxid omfatter et reflekterende tilsætningsstof.
- 3. Polystyren ifølge krav 1, hvor de små celler omfatter 90 % af totalen af de små celler og store celler.
- 4. Polystyren ifølge krav 1, hvor polystyrenen omfatter afstivere og cellevægge, og hvor afstiverne og cellevæggene omfatter aluminiumoxid.
- 5. Polystyren ifølge krav 1, hvor den ekspanderbare polystyren er blevet dannet ved kontakt med vand og CO2.
- 6. Polystyren ifølge krav 1, hvor aluminiumoxidet har en størrelse på mellem 5 og 150 mikrometer.

Fremgangsmåde til dannelse af opskummede genstande, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter, at: der tilvejebringes en dannet polystyren; den dannede polystyren bringes i kontakt med et første opskumningsmiddel, som er vand, et andet opskumningsmiddel, som er CO2, og en adsorbent, der omfatter aluminiumoxid, idet indholdet af aluminiumoxid i polystyrenen er mindre end 3 vægtprocent, til dannelse af ekstruderingspolystyren; ekstruderingspolystyrenen formes til polystyrenen ifølge krav 1; og den ekspanderede polystyren formes til en opskummet genstand.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor vandet har en koncentration i polystyrenen på 0,5 til 3 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis på 0,5 til 1,5 vægtprocent.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor aluminiumoxidet har en koncentration i polystyrenen på fra 0,5 til 1,5 vægtprocent.
