Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et kugleformet pulver omfattende wolframkarbid, idet fremgangsmåden omfatter trinnene: a) at tilvejebringe et kammer omfattende et roterbart digel, b) at tilsætte materiale til det roterbare digel, c) at smelte materialet, hvor opvarmning mindst delvist udføres under anvendelse af en plasmalysbue, d) at rotere diglen for at danne flydende dråber, med efterfølgende afkøling af dråberne for at opnå et pulver, kendetegnet ved at materialet tilsat det roterbare digel opvarmes til en temperatur fra 40% til 80% af materialets smeltepunkt inden det kommes i diglen, og at materialet tilsat diglen omfatter kulstof (C) og wolfram (W).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor materialet tilsat diglen omfatter 3,9-4,5 vægtprocent kulstof.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor en gas omfattende mindst en gas valgt fra gruppen bestående af argon, helium, og nitrogen anvendes i kammeret.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor plasmalysbuen skiftevis rettes mod midten af diglen og mod kanten af diglen.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor temperaturen på det smeltede materiale holdes over materialets smeltepunkt.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor temperaturen på det smeltede materiale er mere end 20 °C over materialets smeltepunkt.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor pulveret omfatter en eutektisk blanding af WC- og W2C-faser.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor diglen vibrerer.
9. Indretning egnet til fremstilling af et kugleformet pulver omfattende wolframkarbid, idet indretningen omfatter et kammer, et låg, en bevægelig plasmabrænder, et cylinderformet afkølet digel, en opsamlingsindretning til det fremstillede pulver, kendetegnet ved at indretningen omfatter en varmeindretning til materialet der skal tilsættes diglen og hvor varmeindretningen er indrettet til at opvarme materialet til en temperatur fra 40% til 80% af materialets smeltepunkt inden det kommes i diglen.
10. Indretning ifølge krav 9, hvor varmeindretningen er en bakke omfattende et varmelegeme.
11. Indretning ifølge krav 9, hvor varmeindretningen er et rørformet varmelegeme.
12. Indretning ifølge krav 9, hvor varmeindretningen er fremstillet af kulstofmateriale.
13. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-12, hvor indretningen endvidere omfatter en fødemekanisme indrettet til at lede materialet til diglen ved hjælp af vibrationer.
14. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-13, hvor indretningen endvidere omfatter en fødemekanisme indrettet til at lede materialet til diglen ved hjælp af rotation.
15. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-14, hvor diglen er indrettet til at vibrere.
