Claims (15)
1. Apparat til fremstilling af et toroid-formet fiberkompositprodukt, hvilket apparat omfatter: - i det mindste to fiber- eller fiberkompositmaterialeudleveringsenheder, som er indrettet til at placere et fiber- eller et fiberkompositmateriale på en toroid-formet dorns overflade, og - placeringsmidler, som er indrettet til at iværksætte relativ bevægelse af dornen og udleveringsenhederne under placeringen af fiber- eller fiberkom-positmaterialet, hvorved de i det mindste to udleveringsenheder hver omfatter - en ringformet føringsindretning, som omgiver dornen i en rundtgående retning heraf, og - i det mindste et fiber- eller fiberkompositmaterialetilføringsapparat til placering af materialet på dornens overflade, idet tilføringsapparatet er bevægeligt langs eller med føringsindretningerne i forhold til dornens overflade, kendetegnet ved, at en udleveringsenheds tilføringsapparat bevæger sig i en retning, som er modsat en anden udleveringsenheds tilføringsapparats retning i forhold til dornens bevægelse.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvorved det i det mindste ene tilføringsapparat er stift forbundet med føringsindretningerne, og placeringsmidlerne er indrettet til at bevæge føringsindretningerne i forhold til dornens overflade.
3. Apparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvorved placeringsmidlerne er indrettet til at bevæge dornen igennem de i det mindste to udleveringsenheders ringformede føringsindretninger.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 2 eller 3, hvorved placeringsmidlerne er indrettet til at dreje dornen og de ringformede føringsindretninger omkring en akse vinkelret på dornens plan og vinkelret på føringsindretningernes respektive plan, idet de i det mindste tre rotationsbevægelser er styrbare uafhængigt af hinanden.
5. Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved placeringsmidlerne drives ved hjælp af servomotorer.
6. Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved udleveringsenhederne er genplacerbare i et antal positioner, som adskiller sig med hensyn til deres afstand til tyngdepunktet eller dornens rotation.
7. Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved de i det mindste to udleveringsenheders ringformede føringsindretningers planer er i alt væsentligt vinkelret på dornens langsgående akse, og hvorved placeringsmidlerne er indrettet til at bevæge dornen igennem udleveringsenhederne.
8. Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved de i det mindste to udleveringsenheders ringformede føringsindretninger omfatter et åbent segment, som er tilstrækkelig stort til at gøre den ringformede føringsindretnings indre rum tilgængeligt til dornen.
9. Apparat ifølge et af de foranstående krav, hvorved i det mindste en del af dornen er gendannelig, og apparatet omfatter midler til at gendanne i det mindste den nævnte del af dornen.
10. Apparat ifølge krav 9, hvorved midlerne til gendannelse omfatter termoform-ningsmidler, fortrinsvis en opvarmelig trykrulle.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et toroid-formet fiberkompositprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: - tilvejebringelse af en toroid-formet dorn, - udlevering af i det mindste et fiber- eller fiberkompositmateriale fra i det mindste to udleveringsenheder, som hver omfatter en ringformet føringsindretning, der omgiver dornen, i en rundtgående retning heraf, langs eller med hvilke føringsmidler et tilføringsapparat er bevægeligt i forhold til dornens overflade, - anbringelse af det i det mindste ene fiber- eller fiberkompositmateriale per udleveringsenhed på dornen, medens der iværksættes relativ bevægelse af dornen og de i det mindste to udleveringsenheder, - bevægelse af en udleveringsenheds tilføringsapparat i en retning, som er modsat den retning, hvori den anden udleveringsenheds tilføringsapparat bevæger sig i forhold til dornens bevægelse.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvorved en dorn er forsynet med i det mindste en genformelig del, og hvorved denne del genformes, efter at fiber- eller fi-berkompositmaterialet er blevet placeret på dornen og den nævnte del, under hvilket genformningstrin fibrene eller fiberkompositmaterialet bevæger sig i alt væsentligt sammen med den nævnte del.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvorved genformningen udføres ved termo-formning og fortrinsvis ved at presse en opvarmet trykrulle an imod den genformelige del.
14. Fiberkompositprodukt i form af en toriode, som kan opnås ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 11 -13, og omfattende en stablet samling af afbalancerede vinkellag, hvorved hver afbalanceret vinkellag omfatter både (+a)- og (-a)-fibervinkler på en alternerende måde i i alt væsentligt samme mængde.
15. Fiberkompositprodukt ifølge krav 14, hvilket kompositprodukt omfatter et cykelhjuls fælg.
