Claims (11)
1. Uraciler med formel I
I hvor R1 er hydrogen eller halogen; R2 er hydrogen, Ci-C6-alkyl, Ci-C6-haloalkyl, C3-C6- cycloalkyl, C3-C6-alkenyl, C3-C6-haloalkenyl, C3-C6-alkynyl, C3- C6-haloalkynyl, Ci-C6-alkoxy eller C3-C6-cycloalkyl-Ci-C6-alkyl; R3 er hydrogen eller halogen; R4 er halogen; R5 er hydrogen, NH2, Ci-C6-alkyl eller C3-C6-alkynyl; R6 er hydrogen, Ci-C6-alkyl eller Ci-C6-haloalkyl; R7 er hydrogen eller Ci-C6-alkyl; X er 0 eller S; og Y er 0 eller S; herunder deres i landbrugssammenhænge acceptable salte.
2. Uraciler med formel I ifølge krav 1, hvor R1 er halogen.
3. Uraciler med formel I ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor R4 er F.
4. Uraciler med formel I ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor R2 er C3-C6-alkynyl eller C3-C6-haloalkynyl.
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af uraciler med formel I, hvor en iso(thio)cyanat med formel II
II, hvor variabierne R1 R2, R3, R4, X og Y er som defineret i krav 1, reageres med en enamin med formel III
Ml, hvor variabierne R5, R6 og R7 er som defineret i krav 1, og L1 er Ci~C6-alkoxy, Ci-C6-haloalkoxy, Ci-C4-alkoxy-C2-C4-alkoxy, Ci-C4-alkylthio-C2C4-alkoxy, C2~C6-alkenyloxy, C2-C6-haloalkenyloxy, C3-C6-alkynyloxy, C3-C6-haloalkynyloxy, C3-C6-cycloalkyloxy, Ci-C6_cyanoalkoxy eller benzyloxy, som selv kan være delvist eller fuldt halogeneret på phenylringen og/eller kan være substituteret med fra én til tre radikaler fra gruppen, der består af cyano, nitro, C1-C4-alkyl, Ci-C4-alkoxy og Ci-C4-alkylthio. 6. (Thio)carbamater med formel V
V. hvor R1 er hydrogen eller halogen; R2 er hydrogen, Ci-C6-alkyl, Ci-C6-haloalkyl, C3-C6- cycloalkyl, C3-C6- alkenyl, C3-C6_haloalkenyl, C3-C6-alkynyl, C3-C6-haloalkynyl, Ci-C6_alkoxy eller C3-C6-cycloalkyl-Ci-C6-alkyl; R3 er hydrogen eller halogen; R4 er halogen; X er 0 eller S; Y er 0 eller S; og L2 er Ci-C6~alkoxy, Ci-C6-alkylthio eller aryloxy, hvor selve aryldelen kan være delvist eller fuldt halogeneret og/eller kan være substitueret med fra ét til tre radikaler fra gruppen, der består af cyano, nitro, Ci-C4-alkyl, Ci-C4-alkoxy og Ci-C4-alkylthio.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af uraciler med formel I, hvor en (thio)carbamat med formel V
v, hvor variabierne R1, R2, R3, R4, X og Y er som defineret i krav 1; og L2 er Ci-C6-alkoxy, Ci-C6-alkylthio eller aryloxy, hvor selve aryldelen kan være delvist eller fuldt halogeneret og/eller kan være substitueret med fra ét til tre radikaler fra gruppen, der består af cyano, nitro, Ci-C^-alkyl, Ci-C4-alkoxy og Ci-C4~alkylthio; reageres med en enamin med formel III
111. hvor variabierne R5, R6 og R7 er som defineret i krav 1, og LI er CL-Cg-alkoxy, Ci-C6-haloalkoxy, Ci-C4-alkoxy-C2-C4-alkoxy, Ci-C4-alkylthio-C2-C4-alkoxy, C2-Cg-alkenyloxy, C2-Cg- haloalkenyloxy, C3-C6-alkynyloxy, C3-Cg-haloalkynyloxy, C3-Cg-cycloalkyloxy, Ci-Cg-cyanoalkoxy eller benzyloxy, som selv kan være delvist eller fuldt halogeneret på phenylringen og/eller kan være substitueret med fra ét til tre radikaler fra gruppen, der består af cyano, nitro, Ci~C4-alkyl, Ci-C4-alkoxy og Ci-C4-alkylthio.
8. Herbicidal sammensætning, der omfatter en herbicidal aktiv mængde af mindst én uracil med formel I ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 og mindst én yderligere aktiv forbindelse, der er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af herbicider B og/eller safeners C.
9. Sammensætning ifølge krav 8, der omfatter mindst to yderligere aktive forbindelser, der er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af herbicider B og/eller safeners C.
10. Herbicidal sammensætning, der omfatter en herbicidal aktiv mængde af mindst én uracil med formel I ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, eller en herbicidal sammensætning ifølge kravene 8 og 9 og mindst ét inert, væskeformigt og/eller fast bæremateriale og, hvis det er relevant, mindst ét overfladeaktivt stof.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af herbicidale aktive sammensætning, som omfatter blanding af en herbicidal aktiv mængde af mindst én uracil med formel I ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, eller en herbicidal sammensætning ifølge kravene 8 og 9 og mindst ét inert, væskeformigt og/eller fast bæremateriale og, hvis det er relevant, mindst ét overfladeaktivt stof.
12. Fremgangsmåde til bekæmpelse af uønsket vegetation, som omfatter muliggørelse af, at en herbicidal aktiv mængde af mindst én uracil med formel I ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 eller en herbicidal sammensætning ifølge kravene 8 og 9 kan virke på planter, deres miljø eller på frø.
