Claims (13)

1. Polyurinstof-system til forsegling, binding, limning eller tildækning af humant eller animalsk cellevæv, omfattende som komponent A) isocyanat-funktionelle præpolymerer, som kan opnås ved omsætning af aliphatiske isocy-anater A1) med polyoler A2) med en antalsgennemsnitlig molekylvægt £ 400 g/mol, og en gennemsnitlig OH-funktionalitet mellem 2 og 6, og som komponent B) amino-funktionelle asparaginsyre-estre med den almene formel (1)
hvor X er en organisk gruppe, som ikke indeholder et Zerewitinoff-aktivt hydrogen, Ri, R2 er identiske eller forskellige organiske grupper, som ikke indeholder et Zerewitinoff-aktivt hydrogen, og n er et helt tal på mindst 2, og eventuelt som komponent C) organiske fyldstoffer med en især målt viskositet på 23°C i området mellem 10 og 6.000 mPas, målt ifølge DIN 53019, og eventuelt som komponent D) reaktionsprodukter fra de isocyanat-funktionelle præpolymerer som defineret for komponent A) med asparaginsyre-estre som defineret for komponent B) og/eller organiske fyldstoffer som defineret for komponent C), hvor komponent E) indeholder vand og/eller en tertiær amin.
2. Polyurinstof-system ifølge krav 1, hvor det indeholder tertiære aminer med den almene formel (II)
hvor R3, R4, R5 uafhængigt af hinanden er alkyl- eller heteroalkyl-grupper med heteroatomer i alkylkæden eller ved terminalen, eller R3 og R4 sammen med det konjugerede nitrogenatom kan danne en ali-phatisk, umættet eller aromatisk heterocykel, som eventuelt kan indeholde yderligere heteroatomer.
3. Polyurinstof-system ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 eller 2, hvor den tertiære amin er valgt fra gruppen bestående af triethanolamin, tetrakis (2-hydroxyethyl) ethylendiamin,N,N-dimethyl-2-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)ethanamin,2-{[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl](methyl)-amino}ethanol,3,3’,3”-(1,3,5-triazinan-1,3,5-triyl)tris(N,N-dimethyl-propan-1-amin).
4. Polyurinstof-system ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 3, hvor nævnte system indeholder 0,2 til 2,0 vægt% vand og/eller 0,1 til 1,0 vægt% af den tertiære amin.
5. Polyurinstof-system ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, hvor X repræsenterer en eventuelt forgrenet eller ligekædet organisk gruppe indeholdende 1 til 20, fortrinsvis 2 til 10 carbon-hydridatomer, og særligt foretrukket repræsenterer en gruppe C3, C4, C5 eller C6, som eventuelt indeholder heteroatomer.
6. Polyurinstof-system ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 5, hvor polyolerne A2) indeholder polyester-polyoler og/eller polyester-polyether-polyoler og/eller poly-ether-polyoler, især med et ethylenoxyd-indhold mellem 40 og 60 vægt%.
7. Polyurinstof-system ifølge krav 6, hvor polyolerne anvendt til fremstilling af komponent A) har en antalsgennemsnitlig molekylvægt fra 4.000 til 8.500g/mol.
8. Polyurinstof-system ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 7, hvor de organiske fyldstoffer fra komponent C) er hydroxy-funktionelle forbindelser, i særdeleshed polyether-polyoler.
9. Polyurinstof-system ifølge krav 8, hvor fyldstofferne fra komponent C) har en gennemsnitlig OH-funktionalitet mellem 1,5 og 3, fortrinsvis mellem 1,8 og 2,2, og særligt foretrukket 2.
10. Polyurinstof-system ifølge krav 8 eller 9, hvor fyldstofferne fra komponent C) indeholder gentagne ethylenoxyd-enheder.
11. Polyurinstof-system ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 10 til opdæmning af gennemstrømning af blod eller vævsvæsker, eller til forsegling af lækager i cellulært væv.
12. Anvendelse af et polyurinstof-system ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 10 til fremstilling af et system til forsegling, binding, limning eller tildækning af cellevæv, og i særdeleshed til opdæmning af gennemstrømningen af blod eller vævsvæsker eller til forsegling af lækager i cellevæv.
13. Doseringssystem omfattende to kamre til et polyurinstof-system ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 11, hvor et kammer indeholder komponent A), og det andet kammer indeholder komponenterne B) og E), B), D) + E), og eventuelt komponenterne C) og D), og eventuelt E) fra polyurinstof-systemet.
