Claims (8)
1. Cellulase-præparat omfattende endoglucanaser, der er afledt af to forskellige typer mikroorganismer, hvor præparatet er en kombination af en hvilken som helst af følgende (a) og (b): (a) en kombination af en endoglucanase, der er klassificeret i GH-familie 5, og en endoglucanase, der er klassificeret i GH-familie 12, og (b) en kombination af en endoglucanase, der er klassificeret i GH-familie 12, og en endoglucanase, der er klassificeret i GH-familie 45, hvor endoglucanasen, der er klassificeret i GH-familie 5, er et protein med en af aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2 og aminosyresekvensen, hvori 10 eller færre af aminosyrerne er deleteret, substitueret, indføjet eller tilsat, hvor endoglucanasen, der er klassificeret i GH-familie 12, er et protein med en af aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 4 og aminosyresekvensen, hvori 10 eller færre af aminosyrerne er deleteret, substitueret, indføjet eller tilsat, hvor endoglucanasen, der er klassificeret i GH-familie 45, er et protein med en af aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 6 og aminosyresekvensen, hvori 10 eller færre af aminosyrerne er deleteret, substitueret, indføjet eller tilsat.
2. Cellulase-præparat ifølge krav 1, hvor endoglucanaserne er rekombinante proteiner.
3. Cellulase-præparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor endoglucansaserne af kombination (a) og (b) hver især er indeholdt i en mængde på mindst 10 vægt-% af de samlede cellulaser.
4. Cellulase-præparat ifølge krav 3, hvor endoglucansaserne af kombination (a) og (b) hver især er indeholdt i en mængde på mindst 20 vægt-% af de samlede cellulaser.
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af cellulase-præparatet ifølge krav 1, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnet med at dyrke en transformant, der er opnået ved at indføre DNAer, der koder for to typer af endoglucanaserne, i en enkelt værtscelle.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af cellulase-præparatet ifølge krav 1, hvor værtscellen er en filamentøs svamp.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en forbedret cellulose-holdig fiber, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnet med at bringe en cellulose-holdig fiber i kontakt med cellulase-præparatet ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af sukker fra biomasse, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnet med at bringe en cellulose-holdig biomasse i kontakt med cellulase-præparatet ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4.
