Claims (9)
1. Protein: (a) omfattende en aminosyresekvens repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 2; eller (b) omfattende aminosyresekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 2 hvor en til fem aminosyrer er fjernet eller SEQ ID NO: 2 hvor en til fem aminosyrer er tilføjet, og der har en positiv reguleringsevne på transkriptionen af gener for mannan-hydrolaser eller cellulosehydrolaser.
2. Gen der koder for et protein: (a) omfattende en aminosyresekvens repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 2; eller (b) omfattende aminosyresekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 2 hvor en til fem aminosyrer er fjernet eller SEQ ID NO: 2 hvor en til fem aminosyrer er tilføjet og der har en positiv reguleringsevne på transkriptionen af gener for mannan-hydrolaser eller cellulosehydrolaser.
3. Genet ifølge krav 2, hvilket gen består af et DNA omfattende basesekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 1.
4. Genet ifølge krav 3, hvor genet er et cDNA.
5. Rekombinant vektor omfattende genet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 2 til 4.
6. Ikke-human transformant omfattende den rekombinante vektor ifølge krav 5.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstillingen af transkriptionsregulatoriske faktorer, omfattende at dyrke af transformanten ifølge krav 6 og at genvinde de transkriptionsregulatoriske faktorer fra det resulterende dyrkningsprodukt.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstillingen af mannan-hydrolaser eller cellulose-hydrolaser, omfattende at dyrke en transformant omfattende en rekombinant vektor og at genvinde mannan-hydrolaserne eller cellulose-hydrolaserne fra det resulerende dyrkningsprodukt, hvor den rekombinante vektor omfatter: (i) et gen der koder for et protein: (a) omfattende en aminosyresekvens repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 2; (b) omfattende aminosyresekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 2 hvor en til fem aminosyrer er fjernet, substitueret eller tilføjet og der har en positiv reguleringsevne på transkriptionen af gener for mannan-hydrolaser eller cellulose-hydrolaser; eller (c) omfattende en aminosyresekvens der har 70% eller derover identitet med aminosyresekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 2 eller en aminosyresekvens med 70% eller derover identitet med et delvist fragment af SEQ ID NO:2, hvor sekvensen har en positiv reguleringsevne på transkriptionen af gener for mannan-hydrolaser eller cellulosehydrolaser; eller (ii) et gen bestående af et DNA: (a) omfattende en basesekvens repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 1; eller (b) der har 70% eller derover identitet med DNA af basesekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 1, og der koder for et protein der har en positiv reguleringsevne på transkriptionen af gener for mannan-hydrolaser eller cellulosehydrolaser.
9. Fremgangsmåde til forøgelse af produktionen af mannan-hydrolaser eller cellulose-hydrolaser i en værtscelle fra en art hvis mannan-hydrolase eller cellulose-hydrolase er reguleret af protein der har aminosyresekvensen af SEQ ID NO:2, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter tvungen ekspression afen rekombinant vektor ifølge krav 8 i værtscellen.
