Claims (16)
1. Fremgangsmåde til styring af klimaet i et rum (35), indbefattende bygninger og transportmidler eller dele deraf, beregnet til at huse eller rumme en levende plante (10), hvori klimaet omfatter mindst faktoren temperatur, og hvor planten (10) indgår i styresystemet (27) til klimaet i rummet, kendetegnet ved, at styringen til styring af klimaet i rummet (35) omfatter registrering ved to forskellige højdeniveauer af plantens temperatur (10), såvel som en mængde af ændring i hastighed i vertikal retning af luft, der omgiver planten, (10) hvor ændringen i lufthastighed bestemmes indirekte, omfattende mindst måling af temperatur og fugtighed af luften ved to forskellige højdeniveauer.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor detektering af temperatur ved planten (10) og af temperatur og fugtighed af luften sker ved tilsvarende højdeniveauer.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden også omfatter indgivelse af luft, der er konditioneret under påvirkning af styringerne, umættet med hensyn til fugtindhold.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor luften gøres tilgængelig ved planten (10) mindst stort set uden gennemtvingelse.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor styringen omfatter påvirkning af en strøm af luft (21) langs planten (10) ved påvirkning af varmeindholdet af luften i rummet, således at der, i forhold til et hvilket som helst højdeniveau i rummet, frembydes eller realiseres luft med et større eller mindre varmeindhold.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor luften med større varmeindhold frembydes som reaktion på en forskel mellem detekteret og på det sted ønsket varmeindhold af luften i forhold til planten (10).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor styringen udgør en periodisk skiftende decelererende og accelererende vertikal strøm af luft (21), eller hvor påvirkningen af luftens varmeindhold ved forskellige niveauer er rettet derimod.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor detekteringerne udføres i den umiddelbare nærhed af planten (10), det vil sige i den umiddelbare nærhed af et område, i hvilket udveksling af varme mellem planten (10) og omgivelserne vurderes at finde sted.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor styringen omfatter realisering af en vertikal luftbevægelse langs en plante (10) i rummet.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor indgivelse af konditioneret luft, mindst fremkaldelse af en vertikal luftbevægelse langs planten (10), finder sted inden for et område, hvori udveksling af fugt kan finde sted, dvs. i plantens umiddelbare omgivelser (10), og hvor den vertikale strøm af luft (21) påvirkes af en styret rettet variation ved hjælp af styresystemet i mindst en af luftfugtighed, temperatur og gassammensætning af den luft, der er til stede i rummet.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor den vertikale bevægelse af luft, der er til stede i rummet (35), påvirkes af indgivelse af konditioneret luft.
12. Rum (35), i det mindste tilvejebringelse af rum, såsom bygning eller fartøj eller køretøj, til at huse en organisme (10) såsom plante, mennesker og dyr, forsynet med en klimastyringsinstallation, hvilken installation omfatter tilledninger (19) og udgange (5) til tilførsel og udledning af luft, hvori tilledningerne (19) er indeholdt på et væsentligt lavere niveau i rummet end udgangene (5), hvor lufttilledninger (19) er indeholdt i en højde inden for højdeområdet af den organisme (10), som rummet er beregnet til, kendetegnet ved, at klimastyringsinstallationen i et rum (35) til at rumme organismen (10), til styring af klimaet i rummet (35), hvori klimaet omfatter mindst faktoren temperatur, er forsynet med detekteringsmidler (1a,1b,1c) til detektering ved to forskellige højdeniveauer af temperatur og relativ luftfugtighed af klimaet i rummet (35) og forsynet med yderligere detekteringsmidler (2a,2b,2c) til detektering ved to forskellige højdeniveauer af temperatur af en organisme (10), der er til stede deri.
13. Rum (35) ifølge krav 12, hvor lufttilledninger (19) er indeholdt i den nedre halvdel af rummet (35), ved højden af eller tæt på den nedre side af rummet (35).
14. Rum (35) ifølge krav 12 eller krav 13, hvor klimastyringsinstallationen i et rum (35) til at rumme organismen (10) er forsynet med detekteringsmidler til detektering af opadgående luftstrøm i rummet (35), hvor detekteringsmidlerne er rettet inden for organismens højdeområde (10).
15. Rum (35) ifølge krav 12, 13 eller 14, hvor tilledningerne af luft omfatter en konditioneringsinstallation (34), som er forsynet med efterfølgende deri inkluderede luftkonditioneringsmidler til affugtning henholdsvis befugtning af luft, der skal tilføres, hvor konditioneringsinstallationen (34) omfatter en køleenhed (28) til afkøling af luft, der skal tilføres, en opvarmningsinstallation (29), der efterfølgende er inkluderet i retning af lufttilførsel, til genopvarmning af luft, der skal tilføres, såvel som en luftbefugtningsinstallation (31), der er inkluderet derefter, til befugtning af den opvarmede luft.
16. Styreprogram og/eller styreenhed (33) til styring af en konditioneringsinstallation (34) i overensstemmelse med et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11.
