Claims (8)
1. Indretning til fortolkning af brugermarkeringer, omfattende a) mindst en billedsensor; og b) en processor, c) hvor indretningen er konfigureret til at læse mindst en formular omfattende: i) mindst et brugermarkeringsfelt, der er i stand til at blive markeret af en bruger af den mindst ene formular, ii) mindst en kant af en første farve mindst delvist omgivende det mindst ene brugermarkeringsfelt, iii) en flerhed af referencemarkeringer, hvor hver referencemarkering omfatter: en første del af en anden farve, der er synlig for den mindst ene billedsensor, og en anden del af en farve forskellig fra den anden farve, hvor den første del fuldkommen afgrænser den anden del, og hvor et forhold mellem området omgivet af den første del og den anden del og området af den anden del er forudbestemt for hver referencemarkering; og hvor det mindst ene brugermarkeringsfelt er detekteret af indretningen baseret, mindst delvist, på: 1) detektion af mindst en kant af den første farve, og 2) bestemmelsen af nævnte forhold for hver referencemarkering af flerheden af referencemarkeringer.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fortolkning af brugermarkeringer på en formular udført af en indretning omfattende mindst en billedsensor til at tage et billede af en formular og mindst et behandlingssystem, omfattende: at fortolke mindst en brugermarkering på en formular baseret mindst delvist på: i) at detektere en kant af en første farve, der mindst delvist omgiver et brugermarkeringsfelt, hvor den første farve er synlig for indretningens billedsensor, ii) at bestemme et forhold af områder af hver referencemarkering af en flerhed af referencemarkeringer, hvor hver referencemarkering omfatter: en første del af en anden farve, der er synlig for den mindst ene billedsensor, og en anden del af en farve forskellig fra den anden farve, hvor den første del fuldkommen afgrænser den anden del, og hvor nævnte forhold er defineret af forholdet mellem området omgivet af den første del og den anden del og området af den anden del, hvor nævnte forhold er forudbestemt for hver referencemarkering.
3. Indretningen til fortolkning af brugermarkeringer ifølge krav 1, hvor den første og den anden farve er forskellige.
4. Fremgangsmåden til fortolkning af brugermarkeringer ifølge krav 2, hvor den første og den anden farve er forskellige.
5. Indretningen til fortolkning af brugermarkeringer ifølge krav 1, hvor den første del er trykt i en farve synlig for billedsensoren, og den anden del er trykt i en farve, der ikke er synlig for billedsensoren.
6. Indretningen til fortolkning af brugermarkeringer ifølge krav 1, hvor den første del er en afgrænsning, der definerer en hul form og den anden del er en indre del omgivet af afgrænsningen.
7. Fremgangsmåden til fortolkning af brugermarkeringer ifølge krav 2, hvor den første del trykkes i en farve synlig for billedsensoren, og den anden del trykkes i en farve, der ikke er synlig for billedsensoren.
8. Fremgangsmåden til fortolkning af brugermarkeringer ifølge krav 2, hvor den første del er en afgrænsning, der definerer en hul form og den anden del er en indre del omgivet af afgrænsningen.
