Claims (8)
1. Uređaj za interpretiranje korisničkih oznaka, naznačen time što sadrži
a) najmanje jedan senzor slike; i
b) procesor,
c) gdje je uređaj konfiguriran za čitanje najmanje jednog formulara koji sadrži:
i) najmanje jedno područje za korisničke oznake u koje korisnik može staviti oznaku u najmanje jednom formularu,
ii) najmanje jedan rub prve boje koji u najmanju ruku djelomično okružuje najmanje jedno područje za korisničke oznake,
iii) više položajnih oznaka, gdje svaka položajna oznaka sadrži:
prvi dio u drugoj boji, vidljivoj za najmanje jedan senzor slike, i
drugi dio u boji različitoj od druge boje, gdje prvi dio daje potpuni obris drugog dijela, i
gdje je omjer između površine koju obuhvaća prvi dio i drugi dio i površine drugog dijela zadan za svaku položajnu oznaku; i
gdje se najmanje jedno područje za korisničke oznake detektira uređajem na temelju, u najmanju ruku dijelom:
i) detektiranja najmanje jednog ruba prve boje, i
2) određivanja navedenog omjera za svaku položajnu oznaku od više položajnih oznaka.
2. Postupak interpretiranja korisničkih oznaka na formularu kojeg provodi uređaj koji sadrži najmanje jedan senzor slike radi dobivanja slike formulara i najmanje jedan sustav za obradu, naznačen time što se sastoji u:
interpretiranju najmanje jedne korisničke oznake na formularu na temelju u najmanju ruku dijelom:
i) detektiranja ruba prve boje koja najmanje djelomično okružuje područje za korisničke oznake, gdje je prva boja vidljiva za senzor slike u uređaju,
ii) određivanja omjera površina za svaku položajnu oznaku od više položajnih oznaka, gdje svaka položajna oznaka sadrži:
prvi dio u drugoj boji, vidljivoj za najmanje jedan senzor slike, i
drugi dio u boji različitoj od druge boje,
gdje prvi dio daje potpuni obris drugog dijela, i
gdje je navedeni omjer određen omjerom između površine koju obuhvaća prvi dio i drugi dio i površine drugog dijela, gdje je navedeni omjer zadan za svaku položajnu oznaku.
3. Uređaj za interpretiranje korisničkih oznaka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što su prva i druga boja različite.
4. Postupak interpretiranja korisničkih oznaka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što su prva i druga boja različite.
5. Uređaj za interpretiranje korisničkih oznaka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se prvi dio otisne u boji vidljivoj za senzor slike, a drugi dio se otisne u boji nevidljivoj za senzor slike.
6. Uređaj za interpretiranje korisničkih oznaka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je prvi dio obris koji određuje prazan oblik, a drugi dio je unutrašnji dio kojeg obuhvaća obris.
7. Postupak interpretiranja korisničkih oznaka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što se prvi dio otisne u boji vidljivoj za senzor slike, a drugi dio se otisne u boji nevidljivoj za senzor slike.
8. Postupak interpretiranja korisničkih oznaka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što je prvi dio obris koji određuje prazan oblik, a drugi dio je unutrašnji dio kojeg obuhvaća obris.
