Claims (11)

1. Modent protein, der har proteaseaktivitet og består af aminosyresekven-sen med SEQ ID NO: 1 eller NO. 3.
2. Modent protein, der har proteaseaktivitet ifølge krav 1, hvor den optimale temperatur for proteasen er 100 °C eller højere i det tilfælde, hvor der udføres en reaktion af proteasen under anvendelse af azocasein som et substrat ved en pH-værdi på 7 i 20 minutter.
3. Modent protein, der har proteaseaktivitet ifølge krav 1, hvor proteasens restaktivitet er 40 % eller mere, efter at proteasen er behandlet i 50 mM Tris-HCI (pH 7) ved 100 °C i 90 minutter.
4. Modent protein, der har proteaseaktivitet ifølge krav 1, hvor proteasens restaktivitet er 80 % eller mere, efter at proteasen er behandlet i 20 mM Tris-HCI (pH 8) indeholdende 5 % natriumdodecylsulfat ved 55 °C i 60 minutter.
