Claims (5)

1. Rekombinant Corynebacterium ammoniagenes der producerer inosin, hvori genet der koder for nukleosidhydrolase II med nukleotidsekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ. ID. NO: 1 er inaktiveret og hvori genet der koder for 5'-nukleotidase med nukleotidsekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO:2 er over-udtrykt.
2. Rekombinant Corynebacterium ammoniagenes ifølge krav 1, hvor inaktiveringen er blevet induceret ved transformation afen Corynebacterium ammoniagenes med en vektor omfattende en del af sekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ. ID. NO: 1 og en antibiotisk markør.
3. Rekombinant Corynebacterium ammoniagenes ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor over-udtryk af genet er blevet induceret ved transformation af en Corynebacterium ammoniagenes med en vektor indeholdende sekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ. ID. NO: 2.
4. Rekombinant Corynebacterium ammoniagenes ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor den rekombinante Corynebacterium ammoniagenes er Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJIG651 KCCM-10829P.
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af inosin ved at dyrke den rekombinante Corynebacterium ammoniagenes ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 og opnå det akkumulerede inosin fra dyrkningsopløsningen.
