Claims (16)
1. Envejsventil omfattende: et sæde (5); og en membran (4), som har en indre del (4a) og en ydre perifer del (4b), hvor den indre del (4a) er strakt hen over sædet (5) og i brug er selektivt afbøjet derfra, således at der skabes en væskebane fra én side af membranen (4) til den anden for at åbne ventilen, idet den ydre perifere del (4b) er stivere end den indre del (4a), således at membranafbøjningen er i alt væsentligt begrænset til kun den indre del (4a), kendetegnet ved, at afstivningen af den ydre perifere membrandel (4b) i forhold til den indre membrandel (4a) udføres af en stiv ramme (14), som er indlejret deri.
2. Ventil ifølge krav 1, hvor den ydre del (4b) af membranen (4) har en forskellig materialesammensætning eller-dimension fra den indre del (4a).
3. Ventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den relative stivhed af den indre (4a) og ydre (4b) del af membranen (4) er valgt i overensstemmelse med et ønsket aktiveringstryk, ved hvilket ventilen åbnes.
4. Ventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor der er udformet mindst én åbning (10) i membranen (4), som udgøren del af væskebanen gennem membranen (4).
5. Ventil ifølge krav 4, hvor antallet og indretningen af åbningen eller åbningerne (10) er valgt i overensstemmelse med et ønsket aktiveringstryk, ved hvilket ventilen åbnes.
6. Ventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som desuden omfatter en første hoveddel (2), som omfatter ventilsædet (5), og en anden hoveddel (3) på den modsatte side af membranen i forhold til den første hoveddel (2), idet den første hoveddel (2) har en væskeledning, som er udformet derigennem og definerer et indløb (6) til ventilen, og den anden hoveddel (3) har en væskeledning, som er udformet derigennem og definerer et udløb (7) fra ventilen.
7. Ventil ifølge krav 6, hvor et første hulrum (8) defineres af en fordybning i den første hoveddel (2), som tilvejebringer en væskebane fra indløbet (6) til åbningen eller åbningerne (10) i membranen (4), når membranen (4) forskydes fra ventilsædet (5), efterhånden som ventilen åbnes, og hvor et andet hulrum (9) defineres af en fordybning i den anden hoveddel (3), ind i hvilket den indre membrandel (4a) bevæger sig, når ventilen åbnes.
8. Ventil ifølge krav 6 eller krav 7, hvor den ydre del (4b) af membranen (4) er fastgjort til den første hoveddel (2) og/eller er fastgjort mellem den første (2) og anden (3) hoveddel.
9. Ventil ifølge krav 6, 7 eller 8, hvor mindst én af den første (2) og den anden (3) hoveddel flugter ved ét eller flere afmærkede justeringspunkter med den ydre membrandel (4b); hvor enten en perifer kant af mindst én af den første (2) og den anden (3) hoveddel flugter med en perifer kant af membranen (4), eller ventilen desuden omfatter justeringsposter, som er forbundet til mindst én af den første (2) og den anden (3) hoveddel, som passerer gennem justeringshuller, der er udformet i den ydre membrandel (4b).
10. Ventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor membranen (4) er af et materiale, som er valgt fra gruppen af materialer omfattende: gummi, silikone og en elastomer.
11. Ventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor i det mindste en ydre del af ventilsædet (5) har en ensartet højde, således at den indre del (4a) af membranen (4), når ventilen er lukket, ensartet tætner omkring ventilsædet (5).
12. Pumpe, som omfatter en ventil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.
13. Pumpe ifølge krav 12 til at pumpe flydende terapeutisk produkt omfattende et pumpekammer (25), som har et indløb (21) og et udløb (28), og midler til at forårsage en ændring i et volumen af pumpekammeret, hvor mindst ét af indløbet (21) og udløbet (28) omfatter nævnte ventil.
14. Pumpe ifølge krav 13, hvor en del af pumpekammervolumenet er begrænset af den indre membrandel (4a) af ventilen.
15. Pumpe ifølge krav 13 eller krav 14, hvor indløbet (21) og udløbet (28) omfatter hver sin ventil, og hvor indløbsventilen (22) har et lavere aktiveringstryk end udløbsventilen (27).
16. Pumpe ifølge krav 15, hvor ventilsædet (5) af indløbsventilen (22) strækker sig ud over et plan af den ydre membrandel (4b) af indløbsventilen (22) hen mod den indre membrandel (4a) i mindre grad, end ventilsædet (5) af udløbsventilen (27) gør.
