Claims (16)
- 弁座と、
内側部と外側周縁部とを有し、前記内側部は前記弁座上に引き伸ばされている薄膜と、
前記薄膜の前記外側周縁部に埋め込まれ且つ剛性を有する枠状部材と、
を有する一方向バルブであって、
使用時に前記薄膜の内側部は選択的に前記弁座から偏位することにより、前記薄膜の一方の側から他方の側へと流路を形成して前記バルブを開き、
前記枠状部材は、前記内側部に対する前記外側周縁部の剛性を増大させて、前記薄膜の偏位を前記内側部のみに制限することを特徴とする一方向バルブ。 - 前記薄膜の前記外側部は前記内側部とは異なる材料組成又は寸法を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバルブ。
- 前記薄膜の前記内側部と前記外側部との相対的な硬さは、バルブを開くのに必要な所望の動作圧力に応じて選択されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記流路のうち前記薄膜を横切る部分を形成するための少なくとも一つの貫通孔が前記薄膜に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一記載のバルブ。
- 前記貫通孔の数及び配置は、バルブが開くのに必要な所望の動作圧力に応じて選択されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のバルブ。
- 前記弁座を有する第1本体部と、前記薄膜に関して第1本体部とは反対側に設けられた第2本体部とを更に有し、
前記第1本体部は、該第1本体部を貫通するように形成され、バルブの流入口を規定する流体用導管を備え、前記第2本体部は、該第2本体部を貫通するように形成され、バルブの流出口を規定する流体用導管を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一記載のバルブ。 - 第1のキャビティが第1本体部に形成された凹部により規定されており、前記凹部は、薄膜が弁座から偏位してバルブを開くときに、前記流入口から前記薄膜に形成された貫通孔への流路を提供し、
第2のキャビティが、第2の本体部に形成された凹部により規定されており、バルブが開いたときに薄膜の内側部が移動して該凹部に入ることを特徴とする請求項6記載のバルブ。 - 前記薄膜の前記外側部は、前記第1本体部に固定され且つ前記第1本体部と前記第2本体部との間に固定されているか、前記第1本体部に固定されているか、若しくは、前記第1本体部と前記第2本体部との間に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1本体部と前記第2本体部とのうちの少なくとも一方は、1つ又はそれ以上の位置合わせ点にて、前記薄膜の前記外側部と整合するよう位置合わせされており、
前記第1本体部と前記第2本体部とのうちの少なくとも一方の周縁部が前記薄膜の周縁部と合致するよう位置合わせされているか、又は、前記薄膜の外側部に形成された位置合わせ用穴を貫通し、前記第1本体部と前記第2本体部とのうちの少なくとも一方に接続された位置合わせ用柱を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項6乃至請求項8のいずれか一記載のバルブ。 - 前記薄膜は、ゴム、シリコーン、エラストマーを含む材料のグループから選択された材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか一記載のバルブ。
- 弁座の少なくとも外側部は、バルブが閉じたときに薄膜の内側部が弁座の周囲を均一にシールするように均一な高さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか一記載のバルブ。
- 請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか一記載のバルブを有することを特徴とするポンプ。
- 入口と出口とを有するポンプ室と、
前記ポンプ室の体積を変えるための手段と、を備え、
前記入口と前記出口との少なくとも一方が前記バルブを有することを特徴とする液体治療薬を送るための請求項12記載のポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ室の体積の一部は、前記バルブの前記薄膜内側部によって境界が規定されていることを特徴とする請求項13記載のポンプ。
- 前記入口と前記出口とはそれぞれ一つずつバルブを有し、前記入口バルブは、前記出口バルブよりも低い動作圧力を有していることを特徴とする請求項13又は請求項14記載のポンプ。
- 前記入口バルブの弁座は、前記入口バルブの薄膜外側部が規定する平面を越えて前記薄膜内側部へ向かって突出しており、その突出量は前記出口バルブの弁座の突出量より小さいことを特徴とする請求項15記載のポンプ。
