Claims (5)
1. Automatiseret proteinanalysator omfattende: en homogenisator (11) til at reducere proteinprøver til små partikler; en reaktionsbeholder (14) i materialeoverføringskontakt med homogenisatoren; et reservoir (16) til bindingsfarvesammensætning i fluid kontakt med reaktionsbeholderen (14); en målepumpe (20) i fluid kontakt med reservoiret (16) og reaktionsbeholderen (14) til fordeling af diskrete forudbestemte mængder afen bindingsfarvesammensætning til reaktionsbeholderen (14); et filter (21) i fluid kontakt med reaktionsbeholderen (14) til at adskille faste stoffer fra filtrat efter en farvebindingsreaktion har fundet sted i reaktionskedlen; et kolorimeter (22) i fluid kontakt med filteret (21) og reaktionsbeholderen (14) til måling af absorbansen af filtratet fra reaktionsbeholderen (14) og filteret (21); og en pumpe (25), opstrøms for kolorimeteret (22) i forhold til reaktionsbeholderen (14), til at overføre filtrat fra reaktionsbeholderen (14) til kolorimeteret (22), hvor den automatiserede proteinanalysator yderligere omfatter: en ventil (23) mellem reservoiret (16) og reaktionsbeholderen (14); og en fluidlinje (24) mellem ventilen (23) og til kolorimeteret (22); så at bindingsfarveopløsning fra reservoiret (16) kan ledes til reaktionsbeholderen (14) eller til kolorimeteret (22) baseret på positionen af ventilen (23) til automatisk at tage referencemålinger; og en processor (31) i signalkontakt med kolorimeteret (21); og hukommelse (33) i signalkontakt med processoren (31) til lagring af absorbansresultaterne fra referencetests lavet affarve ledt direkte fra reservoiret (16) til kolorimeteret (22) og fra prøvetests lavet af farvefiltrat tilbageværende efter en reaktion med en proteinprøve, til sammenligning af absorbansen af reference- og prøvetest, og til beregning af proteindholdet afen prøve baseret på sammenligningerne.
2. Proteinanalysator ifølge krav 1, hvor homogenisatoren (11) er valgt fra gruppen bestående af blandere, møller, og kombinationer deraf.
