Abstract
A ventilating device inciudes a housing (10); a gas concentration detector (12, 13, 14); a passage portion (21) defining an outside air passage (22) and an inside air passage (23); a permeable membrane (24) disposed at an interface between the outside air passage and the inside air passage; an air sending portion (25, 26, 27, 28) to generate at least one of a flow of outside air in the outside air passage and a flow of inside air in the inside air passage; and a controfler (50). The controller controls at least one of the flow of inside air and the flow of outside air by controHing the air sending portion, based on a gas concentration of a predetermined gas detected by the gas concentration detector
Claims (7)
1. A ventilating device comprising: a housing (10), a temperature of inside air of the housing being to be controlled;a gas concentration detector (12, 13, 14) to detect a gas concentration of apredetermined gas in the housing; a passage portion (21) defining an outside air passage (22) through which outside air of the housing flows, and an inside air passage (23) through which inside air of the housing flows;a permeable membrane (24) disposed at an interface defined between theoutside air passage and the inside air passage in a manner that a first face of thepermeable membrane contacts the outside air flowing through the outside air passageand that a second face of the permeable membrane contacts the inside air flowingthorough the inside air passage, gas permeating the permeable membrane selectivelybetween the outside air passage and the inside air passage; an air sending portion (25, 26, 27, 28) to generate at least one of a flow of theoutside air in the outside air passage and a flow of inside air in the inside air passage;and a controller (50) to control the air sending portion, whereinthe controller controls at least one of the flow of the inside air and the flow of theoutside air by controlling the air sending portion, based on the gas concentration of thepredetermined gas detected by the gas concentration detector.

The ventilating device according to claim 1, further comprising: an inside air circulation blower (11) to circulate inside air in the housing, whereinthe air sending portion (27) generates the flow of inside air in the inside airpassage (23) by introducing a flow of inside air generated by the inside air circulationblower.

The ventilating device according to claim 1, further comprising:a power transmitter (29), wherein the air sending portion has an inside air sending portion (26) to generate a flow of inside air in theinside air passage, and an outside air sending portion (28) to generate a flow of outside air in theoutside air passage, the inside air sending portion has an air-sending fan (26a) and a driving portion(26b) to drive the fan to rotate, the outside air sending portion is rotated by a rotation force of the driving portiontransmitted through the power transmitter.
4. The ventilating device according to any one of claims 1-3, whereinthe permeable membrane (24) has a pore, and the pore has a diameter equal to or smaller than a mean free path of thepredetermined gas.
5. The ventilating device according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising: a condenser (30) in which heat is exchanged between a high temperaturerefrigerant and outside air; and an evaporator (31) in which heat is exchanged between a low temperaturerefrigerant and inside air, whereinthe air sending portion has an inside air sending portion (26) to generate a flow of inside air in theinside air passage, and an outside air sending portion (25) to generate a flow of outside air in theoutside air passage, the outside air sending portion (25) is a fan of the condenser that sends outsideair into the condenser, and the inside air sending portion (26) is a fan of the evaporator that sends inside airinto the evaporator.
6. The ventilating device according to claim 5, wherein the permeable membrane is arranged downstream from the evaporator (31) inan airflow and is arranged upstream from the condenser (30) in an airflow.
7. The ventilating device according to claim 5, further comprising: a bypass passage portion (35) to bypass the condenser so as to supply outsideair for the outside air passage (22), and the permeable membrane is arranged downstream from the evaporator (31) inan air flow and is arranged downstream from the condenser (30) in an air flow.
