Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of conditioning an indoor temperature by taking warm air or cool air according to seasons by utilizing a ventilator, as is often the case with conditioning of the indoor air by largely depending on an air conditioner which causes consumption of a large amount of energy when operating only the air conditioner.SOLUTION: A ventilator is operated on the basis of temperature difference between an outdoor temperature and an indoor temperature, a set indoor temperature and a set outdoor humidity. Warm air is taken when the outdoor temperature is higher than the indoor temperature in heating. Cool air is taken when the outdoor temperature is lower than the indoor temperature in cooling. Thus the indoor temperature is conditioned by directly taking the warm air and the cool air according to seasons.
