PATENTKRAV 1. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning om¬ fattende : (a) et underlagssubstrat med en vis længde; og (b) sikringsdetekteringstræk anbragt på mindst én overflade af underlagssubstratet, hvor sikringsdetek¬ teringstrækkene omfatter: (i) et valgfrit mønster, som gentager sig selv, af: diskrete metalliske/magnetiske kende¬ tegn; og diskrete af metal eller metalpunkter dannede kendetegn, (ii) valgfrit mindst ét metalbånd, som ud¬ strækker sig i længderetningen af un¬ derlagssubstratet, og (iii) valgfrit en flerhed af metalpunkter dannet på mindst én overflade på un¬ derlagssubstratet . 2. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning iføl¬ ge krav l, hvor underlagssubstratet er en transparent underlagsfilm. 3. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning iføl¬ ge krav 1, hvor de diskrete metalliske/magnetiske kendetegn omfatter mindst ét udfra gruppen geometri¬ ske figurer, bogstaver, tal, alfanumeriske tegn og symboler. 4. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning iføl¬ ge krav 1, hvor de diskrete af metal eller metalpunk¬ ter dannede kendetegn omfatter mindst ét udfra grup¬ pen bogstaver, tal, alfanumeriske tegn, symboler og metal- eller metalpunktregioner, hvilke omgiver og klart definerer kendetegnene. 5. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning iføl¬ ge krav 1, hvor de diskrete metalliske/magnetiske kendetegn og de af metal eller metalpunkter dannede kendetegn danner et mønster, som gentager sig selv, langs længderetningen af mindst én overflade på un¬ derlagssubstratet . 6. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning iføl¬ ge krav 1, hvor sikringsdetekteringstrækkene yderli¬ gere omfatter mindst ét metalbånd, som udstrækker sig i længderetningen af mindst én overflade på under¬ lagssubstratet . 7. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning iføl¬ ge krav 6, hvor mindst en del af mindst ét af de me¬ talliske/magnetiske kendetegn overlapper mindst en del af mindst ét metalbånd. 8. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning iføl¬ ge krav 6, hvor sikringsdetekteringstrækkene yderli¬ gere omfatter et første og et andet metalbånd, som udstrækker sig i længderetningen af en top- og en bundregion af mindst én overflade på underlagssub¬ stratet . 9. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning iføl¬ ge krav 1, hvor sikringsdetekteringstrækkene yderli¬ gere omfatter en mangfoldighed af metalpunkter place¬ ret på de tiloversblevne metalfrie regioner af mindst én overflade på underlagssubstratet. 10. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 1, hvor de metalliske/magnetiske kendetegn er flerlags metalliske/magnetiske kendetegn, hvilke inkluderer et metallag anbragt på underlagssubstratet og et magnetisk lag anbragt på metallaget. 11. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning ifølge krav 10, hvor de flerlags metalliske/magnetiske kendetegn omfatter et andet metallag anbragt på det magnetiske lag. 12. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 1, hvor de diskrete af metal eller metal- punkter dannede kendetegn er dannet af massivt metal. 13. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 1, hvor de diskrete af metal eller metal¬ punkter dannede kendetegn er dannet af en mangfoldig¬ hed af metalpunkter anbragt tæt på hinanden. 14. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning om¬ fattende : (a) et underlagssubstrat med en vis længde; og (b) sikringsdetekteringstræk anbragt på mindst én overflade af underlagssubstratet, hvor sikringsdetek¬ teringstrækkene omfatter: (i) et valgfrit mønster, som gentager sig selv, af: diskrete metalliske/magnetiske kende¬ tegn udformet som geometriske figurer; og diskrete af metal eller metalpunkter dannede kendetegn, hvor kendetegnene omfatter mindst ét udfra gruppen bog¬ staver, tal, alfanumeriske tegn og symboler, (ii) mindst ét metalbånd, som udstraekker sig i længderetningen af underlagssub¬ stratet, og (iii) valgfrit en flerhed af metalpunkter dannet på mindst én overflade på un¬ derlagssubstratet . 15. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 14, hvor underlagssubstratet er en trans¬ parent underlagsfilm. 16. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 14, hvor de diskrete metalliske/magnetiske kendetegn og de diskrete af metal eller metalpunkter dannede kendetegn danner et mønster, som gentager sig selv, langs længderetningen af underlagssubstratet. 17. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 14, hvor mindst en del af mindst ét af de metalliske/magnetiske kendetegn overlapper mindst en del af mindst ét metalbånd. 18. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 14, hvor sikringsdetekteringstrækkene om¬ fatter et første og et andet metalbånd, som udstræk¬ ker sig i længderetningen af en top- og en bundregion af mindst én overflade på underlagssubstratet. 19. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 14, hvor sikringsdetekteringstrækkene y- derligere omfatter en mangfoldighed af metalpunkter placeret på de tiloversblevne metalfrie regioner af mindst én overflade på underlagssubstratet. 20. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning om¬ fattende : (a) et underlagssubstrat med en vis længde; og (b) sikringsdetekteringstræk anbragt på mindst én overflade af underlagssubstratet, hvor sikringsdetek¬ teringstrækkene omfatter et valgfrit mønster, som gentager sig selv, af: (i) diskrete metalliske/magnetiske kende¬ tegn, hvor kendetegnene omfatter mindst ét udfra gruppen bogstaver, tal, alfanumeriske tegn og symboler, og (ii) diskrete af metal eller metalpunkter dannede kendetegn udformet som metal- eller metalpunktregioner, hvilke omgi¬ ver og klart definerer kendetegnene. 25. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 24, hvor underlagssubstratet er en trans¬ parent underlagsfilm. 26. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 24, hvor de diskrete metalliske/magnetiske kendetegn og de diskrete af metal eller metalpunkter dannede kendetegn danner et mønster, som gentager sig selv, langs længderetningen af underlagssubstratet. 27. Metallisk/magnetisk sikringsindretning i- følge krav 24, hvor de metalliske/magnetiske kende¬ tegn er flerlags metalliske/magnetiske kendetegn, hvilke inkluderer et første metallag anbragt på un¬ derlagssubstratet og et magnetisk lag anbragt på det første metallag. 28.
