제 1 A도는 본 발명의 한 구체적 실시에 따른 카바 테이프의 부분 단면 사시도. 제 1 B도는 본 발명의 또 다른 구체적 실시에 따른 카바 테이프의 부분 단면 사시도. 제 2 도는 엠보싱된 캐리어 테이프 및 본 발명에 따른 카바 테이프로 구성된 어셈블리의 부분 단면 사시도. 제 3 도는 개구를 가진 캐리어 테이프 및 본 발명에 따른 카바 테이프로 구성된 어셈블리의 부분 단면 사시도.

Claims (11)

  1. 베이스 테이프, 상기 베이스 테이프의 한표면에 형성된 접착층 및, 상기 베이스 테이프의 길이방향을 따라 상기 접착층에 형성된 비접착성 코팅물로 구성되고 비접착성 코팅물이 칩보다 넓은 폭을 가지고 상기 접착층보다 좁은 폭을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 테이프에 연속적이고 길이방향으로 형성된 칩 지지부를 가진 캐리어 테이프의 칩지지부에서 칩을 시일링하기 위한 카바 테이프.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층이 압력에 민감한 접착제로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카바테이프.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층이 열에 민감한 접착제로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카바테이프.
  4. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비접착성 코팅물이 열경화된 또는 산화경화된 잉크로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카바테이프.
  5. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비접착성 코팅물이 정전기 방지제를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 카바테이프.
  6. 카바테이프가 베이스테이프, 상기 베이스테이프의 한 표면에 형성된 접착층, 상기 베이스테이프의 길이 방향을 따라 상기 접착층에 형성된 비접착성 코팅물 및 상기 베이스테이프의 다른 표면에 형성된 이형제층으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 비접착성 코팅물이 칩보다 넓은 폭을 가지고 있고 상기 접착층보다 좁은 폭을 가진 것을 특징으로 캐리어 테이프에 연속적이고 길이방향으로 형성된 칩지지부를 가진 캐리어 테이프의 칩지지부에서 칩을 시일링하기 위한 카바테이프.
  7. 베이스테이프의 한 표면에 접착층을 형성하고, 비접착성 코팅물이 칩보다 넓은 폭을 가지고 접착층보다 좁은 폭을 가지도록 상기 베이스테이프의 길이방향을 따라 상기 접착층에 비접착성 코팅물을 패턴 프린팅하는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 테이프에 연속적이고 길이방향으로 형성된 칩지지부를 가진 캐리어 테이프의 칩지지부에서 칩을 시일링하기 위한 카바 테이프의 제조방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층이 압력에 민감한 접착제로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층이 열에 민감한 접착제로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제 7 항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비접착성 코팅물이 열경화될 수 있는 잉크로 패턴 프린팅하고 이어서 프린트된 패턴을 열경화시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제 7 항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비접착성 코팅물이 정전기 방지제를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
