Claims (19)

1. Sammensætning, som omfatter ZSM-48-krystaller, der har et siliciumoxid:aluminiumoxid-molforhold på 110 eller mindre og er fremstillet ved anvendelse af ZSM-48-podekrystaller, hvor sammensætningen er fri for ikke-ZSM-48-podekrystaller og fri for ZSM-50.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor ZSM-48-krystallerne er fri for krystaller med en fibrøs morfologi.
3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 2, hvor ZSM-48-krystallerne er fri for krystaller med en nålelignende morfologi.
4. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor ZSM-48-krystallerne er fri for kenyait.
5. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor ZSM-48-krystallerne har et siliciumoxid:aluminiumoxid-forhold på mindre end 100.
6. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor ZSM-48-krystallerne er fri for ikke-ZSM-48-krystaller.
7. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, der yderligere omfatter mindst ét af et bindemiddel og et hydrogeneringsmetal.
8. Sammensætning ifølge krav 7, hvor hydrogeneringsmetallet er et ædelmetal.
9. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor ZSM-48-krystallerne er i Na-form, i H-form eller som-syntetiseret.
10. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor ZSM-48-krystallerne består af en blanding, der indeholder et hexamethonium-strukturledende middel i et molforhold mellem strukturledende middel og siliciumoxid på fra 0,01 til 0,05.
11. Sammensætning ifølge krav 10, hvor molforhold mellem strukturledende middel og siliciumoxid i blandingen er fra 0,015 til 0,025.
12. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor de som-syntetiseret ZSM-48-krystaller har et siliciumoxid:aluminiumoxid-forhold på 100 eller mindre.
13. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor de som-syntetiseret ZSM-48-krystaller har et siliciumoxid:aluminiumoxid-forhold på mindst 70.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af som-syntetiseret ZSM-48-krystaller ifølge krav 1, der indeholder et hexamethonium-strukturledende middel, hvor de som-syntetiseret ZSM-48-krystaller er fri for ZSM-50 og ikke-ZSM-48-podekrystaller, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: fremstilling af en vandig blanding af siliciumoxid eller silicatsalt, aluminiumoxid eller aluminatsalt, hexamethoniumsalt og alkalibase, hvor blandingen har følgende molforhold: siliciumoxid:aluminiumoxid fra 70 til 110, base:siliciumoxid fra 0,1 til 0,3 og hexamethoniumsalt:siliciumoxid fra 0,01 til 0,05; og opvarmning af blandingen under omrøring i et tidsrum og ved en temperatur, der er tilstrækkelig til krystaldannelse, hvor de som-syntetiseret ZSM-48-krystaller fremstilles ved anvendelse af ZSM-48-podekrystaller.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor blandingen har et base:siliciumoxid-molforhold fra 0,14 til 0,18.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor blandingen har et hexamethoniumsalt:siliciumoxid-molhold fra 0,015 til 0,025.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor de som-syntetiseret ZSM-48-krystaller kombineres med mindst ét af et bindemiddel og en metalhydrogeneringsbestanddel.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor de som-syntetiseret ZSM- 48-krystaller har et siliciumoxid:aluminiumoxid-forhold på 70-110 .
19. Fremgangsmåde til afvoksning af et carbonhydridråmateriale, som omfatter: etablering af kontakt mellem råmaterialet og ZSM-48-katalysator under katalytiske afvoksningsbetingelser til frembringelse af et afvokset råmateriale, hvor katalysator omfatter ZSM-48-krystaller, der har et siliciumoxid: aluminiumoxid-molforhold på fra 70 til 110 og er fremstillet ved anvendelse af ZSM-48-podekrystaller, og katalysatoren er fri for ikke-ZSM-48-podekrystaller og ZSM-50.
