Claims (14)
1. Fremgangsmåde til dyrkning afen dyrecelle med undtagelse afen IgM-producerende celle omfattende starte dyrkning i et opstartsmedium indeholdende et enzymatisk nedbrydningsprodukt af fiskekød tilsat dertil og tilføre mindst én gang et fødemedium indeholdende et enzymatisk nedbrydningsprodukt af fiskekød til mediet under dyrkning.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor cellen dyrkes ved fed-batch-dyrkning.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor cellen er en celle ind i hvilken et gen der koder for et protein af interesse er blevet overført.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 3, hvor proteinet af interesse er et antistof.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 2 til 4, hvor cellen er en pattedyrcelle.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5, hvor pattedyrcellen er en CHO-celle.
7. Fremgangsmåde til at producere et protein ved dyrkning af en dyrecelle med undtagelse af en IgM-producerende celle omfattende at starte dyrkning i et opstartsmedium indeholdende en enzymatisk nedbrydningsprodukt af fiskekød tilsat dertil og tilføre mindst én gang et fødemedium indeholdende et enzymatisk nedbrydningsprodukt af fiskekød til mediet under dyrkning.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7, hvor cellen dyrkes ved fed-batch-dyrkning.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor cellen er en celle ind i hvilken et gen der koder for et protein af interesse er blevet overført.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, hvor proteinet af interesse er et antistof.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 10, hvor cellen er en pattedyrcelle.
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 11, hvor pattedyrcellen er en CHO-celle.
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 2 eller 8, hvor koncentrationen af det tilsatte enzymatiske nedbrydningsprodukt af fiskekød i opstartsmediet er 3 til 20 g/l og i fødemediet 5 til 150 g/l.
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 4 eller 10, hvor antistoffet er et IgG-antistof.
