Claims (22)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en lamineret genstand, indbefattende tilvejebringelse af et klæbemiddel på en vanddampsretarderfilm med en vanddamps-gennemtrængelighed på op til omkring 1,73 perm som bestemt i henhold til tørremiddel-fremgangsmåden ifølge ASTM E 96 Fremgangsmåde A ved en middel-RFI-procentdel på 25 og en gennemtrængelighed på ikke mindre end omkring 3,45 perm som bestemt ved vandfremgangsmåden ifølge ASTM E 96 Fremgangsmåde B ved en middel-RFI-procentdel på 75, hvor klæbemidlet tilvejebringes i en mængde på omkring 0,4 til omkring 1,5 gram (tørvægt) per lineære 305 mm (foot) af filmen baseret på en 381 mm (15 inch) påføringsbredde, og lade filmen komme i kontakt med i det mindste en overflade af et bygningsmateriale.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor bygningsmaterialet er i det mindste et element valgt fra gruppen omfattende fiberforstærkede cellulosematerialer, membraner fremstillet af tekstiler spundet af syntetiske fibre, membraner fremstillet af perforerede po-lyethylenfilm, partikelplade, spånplade, OSB-plade, krydsfinerpanel, gipsplade, fiberplade, cementplade, cementholdig træuldsplade, kalciumsilikatplade, fiberisoleringsmåtter, fiberisoleringsplader, skumisoleringsplader, tapet, tæppe, vævede tekstiler og ikke-vævede tekstiler.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor filmen omfatter en polyamidfilm.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor polyamidfilmen er en polyamid 6-film, en polyamid 4-film eller en polyamid 3-film.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor klæbemidlet indbefatter en polyolefin, en polyamid eller er et vandbaseret klæbemiddel.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor klæbemidlet indbefatter en polyolefin, som er en polypropylen, en polyethylen eller blandinger deraf.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor filmen har en tykkelse på fra 10 pm til 2 mm.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor filmen har en tykkelse på fra 20 pm til 100 pm.

11. Lamineret genstand indbefattende i det mindste et filmelement med en vand-dampsgennemtrængelighed på op til omkring 1,73 perm som bestemt i henhold til tørre-middelfremgangsmåden ifølge ASTM E 96 Fremgangsmåde A ved en middel-RH-procentdel på 25 og en gennemtrængelighed på ikke mindre end omkring 3,45 perm som bestemt ved vandfremgangsmåden ifølge ASTM E 96 Fremgangsmåde B ved en middel-RH-procentdel på 75, i det mindste et byggematerialeelement og et klæbemiddel, som sammenklæber det i det mindste ene filmelement og det i det mindste ene bygningsmateriale, hvor klæbemidlet er til stede i en mængde på omkring 0,4 til omkring 1,5 gram (tørvægt) per lineære 305 mm (foot) af filmen baseret på en 381 mm (15 inch) påføringsbredde.
12. Lamineret genstand ifølge krav 11, hvor bygningsmaterialet er i det mindste et element valgt fra gruppen omfattende fiberforstærkede cellulosematerialer, membraner fremstillet af tekstiler spundet af syntetiske fibre, membraner fremstillet af perforerede polyethylenfilm, partikelplade, spånplade, OSB-plade, krydsfinerpanel, gipsplade, fiberplade, cementplade, cementholdig træuldsplade, kalciumsilikatplade, fiberisoleringsmåtter, fiberisoleringsplader, skumisoleringsplader, tapet, tæppe, vævede tekstiler og ikke-vævede tekstiler.
13. Lamineret genstand ifølge krav 11, hvor filmen indbefatter en polyamidfilm.
14. Lamineret genstand ifølge krav 13, hvor polyamidfilmen er en polyamid 6-film, en polyamid 4-film eller en polyamid 3-film.
15. Lamineret genstand ifølge krav 11, hvor klæbemidlet indbefatter en polyolefin, en polyamid eller er et vandbaseret klæbemiddel.
16. Lamineret genstand ifølge krav 15, hvor klæbemidlet indbefatter en polyolefin, som er en polypropylen, en polyethylen eller blandinger deraf.
17. Lamineret genstand ifølge krav 11, hvor filmen har en tykkelse på fra 10 pm til 2 mm.
18. Lamineret genstand ifølge krav 17, hvor filmen har en tykkelse på fra 20 pm til 100 pm.
19. Lamineret genstand ifølge krav 18, hvor filmen har en tykkelse på fra 30 pm til 90 pm.
