Opfindelsen angår et varmeisoleringselement bestående af et hylster, som kan tømmes for luft og er fyldt med et fast mikroporøst varmeisolerende materiale, idet i det mind-ste hylsterets endeflader er af et dårligt varmeledende materiale, hvilket mikroporøse varmeisoleringsmateriale består af trykfaste og udbrændte fintrevlede mikrogl as fibre, 5 som er tildannet som plader ved komprimering under presning, medens pladernes ydre sideflader er forsynet med perforerede reflekterende folier eller en reflekterende belæg- j ning, og mindst to plader er anbragt oven på hinanden.

digt eller delvist med et gastæt hylster og at indstille trykket inden i det gastætte hylster I
til mindst 20 mbar. Derudover er det kendt som hylstermateriale at anvende en kombinationsfolie af et termoplastisk materiale med et metallag på den ene side.
15 Endvidere er det kendt fra DE-2615299 at fremstille en beholder til sådanne varmeisolerende elementer af tynd metalplade og tilvejebringe forbindelsen imellem bund- og | toppladen med sikkede, meget tynde metalfolier. Den samme fremgangsmåde er også \ foreslået i DE-3630399.

20 DE-3108110 angår en ekspansionselastisk isolering af plader med indbyrdes parvist pa- i rallelt anbragte sideflader og kun i en retning deformationselastiske strimler af et varmeisolerende materiale, som er klæbet sammen med hinanden og med pladerne på berøringsfladerne.
! 25 Fra US-patent nr. 4.486.482 kendes en varmeisolator, hvori et varmeisolerende mikro porøst materiale består af sammenpressede mikroglasfibre. Dette materiale fylder hele isolatorens indre rum, som afgrænses af metalplader. Fibrenes presning udføres uden brug af bindemiddel.
30 GB-patent 730127 beskriver fremstillingen af en evakuerbar varmeisolator, hvori komprimerede glasfibre danner et varmeisolerende mikroporøst materiale. Frr ,B-patent 715174 er det kendt at fremstille et isolerende materiale, som består af /iiprimerede glasfibre, som udfylder hele det indre rum i en isolator, som afgrænses i /metalplader. Presningen udføres uden brug af bindemiddel. Fibrene har også her en naksimal diameter på 2,54 mm og har forskellige længder. Isolatoren kan have endeflader, som består af et dårligt varmeledende materiale.

15 Formålet med opfindelsen er at tilvejebringe et varmeisoleringselement, som i forhold til de kendte elementer har øget bøjnings- og torsionsstivhed samt mindsket densitet, og J hvor desuden elementets lufttømning er enklere at udføre som følge af, at strømnings- ! '; modstanden er reduceret.
20 Dette opnås ifølge opfindelsen ved at der imellem to plader er tilvejebragt mindst en trykfast afstandsholdeplade under dannelse af en sandwich-struktur.
I modsætning til at det indre af elementet udelukkende består af et mikroporøst varmeisoleringsmateriale, indeholder elementet ifølge opfindelsen således en eller flere tryk-25 faste afstandsholdeplader, som sammen med varmeisoleringsmaterialets i det mindste ' to plader danner en stabil sandwich-struktur.

10 Anvendelsen af mikroglasfibre med diametre og længder, der ligger uden for de nævnte » områder, er ganske vist også mulig, men medfører tab med hensyn til stivhed og/eller varmeledningsevne.
For at tage hensyn til gunstige IR-reflektionsforhold til reflekterende folier kan plader-15 nes sideflader være forsynet med perforerede, reflekterende folier eller en reflekterende belægning. Foliemes perforering er nødvendig for ikke at skade det varmeisolerende legemes lufttømningsforhold, som allerede er begunstiget af plademes åbne porer. \
For ikke at reducere det med en afstandsholdeplade forsynede, varmeisolerende ele-20 ments trykstyrke skal afstandsholdepladen i det mindste svare til det enkelte plades trykstyrke. Hertil foreslås fortrinsvis en afstandsholdeplade eller -plader i form af perforerede dobbeltlisteplader med forskelligt tildannede lister. Det er imidlertid også muligt, at afstandsholdepladen eller -pladerne er tildannet som en perforeret cellestruktur.
Også her skal der med henblik på det varmeisolerende elements gunstige lufttømnings-^ 25 egenskab lægges vægt på en perforering af afstandsholdepladen eller -pladerne. En så dan afstandsholdeplade kan udgøre den største del af et varmeisolerende elements volumen. En sådan afstandsholdeplades støttelister skal være indsat i et lille antal for at holde varmeledningen nede.

Med det varmeisolerende formlf ,me ifølge opfindelsen lader der sig fremstille form-dele i en vilkårlig form. Som ι-me kan der tænkes plane elementer med plader i plan og rummeligt krummende/ m, rør, bokse i integreret opbygning osv.
5 Udførelsesformer fo pfindelsen beskrives nærmere nedenfor under henvisning til tegningen, hvor fig. 1 viser f .rmeisolerende element med kun en plade, 10 fig. 2 armeisolerende element med to plader og en herimellem liggende afstands-hoV <ade, og •g. 3 et varmeisolerende element med to plader og to herimellem liggende afstandsholdeplader.
/ ‘5 / I fig. 1-3 er ens dele forsynet med ens henvisningstal. Figurerne viser varmeisolerende / elementer, som er forsynet med det generelle henvisningstal 8, og som består af et hyl- / ster 1 med luftudtømningsstudser 7, plader 4, 4' og de imellem pladerne 4, 4' og hylste- i ret 1 liggende perforerede, reflekterende folier 2. De dårligt varmeledende endeflader 20 på det varmeisolerende formlegeme 8 er vist ved henvisningstallet 3. 1 fig. 2 er der tilvejebragt to plader 4, 4', hvorimellem der er anbragt en trykfast afstandsholdeplade 5 med lister 6. Imellem afstandsholdepladen 5 og pladerne 4,4’ er der ligeledes tilvejebragt en perforeret reflekterende folie 9.1 fig. 3 er der udover afstands-25 holdepladen 5 tilvejebragt en yderligere afstandsholdeplade 5' med lister 6'. Disse dobbelte afstandsholdeplader tjener til yderligere vægtbesparelse og en øget stivhed ved det varmeisolerende element 8.
Claims (3)
1. Varmeisoleringselement bestående af et hylster (1), som kan tømmes for luft og er 5 fyldt med et fast mikroporøst varmeisolerende materiale, idet i det mindste hylsterets (1) endeflader (3) er af et dårligt varmeledende materiale, hvilket mikroporøse varme- isoleringsmateriale består af tiykfaste og udbrændte fmtrevlede mikroglasfibre, som er tildannet som plader (4,4') ved komprimering under presning, medens plademes (4, 4’) ydre sideflader er forsynet med perforerede reflekterende folier (2) eller en reflekteren-10 de belægning, og mindst to plader (4') er anbragt oven på hinanden, kendetegnet ved, at deT imellem to plader (4,4') er tilvejebragt mindst en trykfast afstandsholdeplade (5, 5. under dannelse af en sandwich-struktur.
2. Element ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at afstandsholdepladen eller -pladerne (5, 15 5') er tildannet som en perforeret dobbeltlisteplade med forskelligt tildannede lister (6, 6').
3. Element ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at afstandsholdepladen eller -pladerne (5, 5. er tildannet som en perforeret cellestruktur. 20 \
