Opfindelsen angår en lukkelig pose af fleksibelt materiale, og udformet med et separat indløbsorgan med en åbning for fyldning af posen med materiale, f.eks. væske, hvilket indløbsorgan er fastgjort ved posen, og et sepa-5 rat organ til lukning af fyldningsåbningen fra posens inderside. Opfindelsen angår også en fremgangsmåde og et arrangement til aseptisk fyldning af en sådan pose.
En pose af ovennævnte art er tidligere kendt fra GB pa-10 tentansøgning nr. 2 105 291. Den kendte pose er i tom tilstand før fyldning indvendigt steriliseret og forseglet ved hjælp af en membran, som fra posens yderside er anbragt over indløbsåbningens fyldningsåbning. Posens separate organ til lukning af fyldningsåbningen fra posens 15 inderside er fleksibelt udformet og er kun delvis fastgjort ved indløbsorganets kanter omkring fyldningsåbningen. For aseptisk fyldning af den kendte pose med en steril eller luftfølsom væske, f.eks. vin, juicer osv., anbringes posen i et holdeorgan, som går i indgreb med 20 indløbsorganet og flytter dette til anlæg mod et fyldningsmundstykke. Det dannede rum mellem dette og membranen steriliseres herved først ved hjælp af en steriliserende gas. Derefter tilføres væsken gennem fyldningsmundstykket, hvorved væskens tryk mod membranen får denne til 25 at briste, så fyldningsåbningen frilægges. Væskestrømmen trykker derpå det delvis fastgjorte separate luknings-organ så meget bort, at der dannes en fri passage for væsken ind i posen. Efter fyldningen af posen lukkes fyldningsåbningen permanent ved hjælp af en varmeforseg-30 lende anordning, som forsegler det separate lukningsorgan mod indløbsorganet.
Den således kendte pose egner sig ikke til en indledende sterilisering af indløbsorganet ved hjælp af damp, fordi 35 varm damp under højt tryk kan ødelægge membranen på indløbsorganet. Dette er en ulempe, eftersom varmesterilise-ring ved hjælp af damp er sikrere og lettere at regulere 2

En anden ulempe med den kendte pose er, at det Ikke er muligt at udnytte indløbsorganet til total eller partiel 5 tømning af posen under aseptiske forhold, eftersom det separate lukningsorgan efter fyldningen er permanent forseglet ved indløbsorganet fra posens inderside.
En yderligere ulempe med den kendte pose er, at fyld-10 ningen af denne er tidskrævene, eftersom fyldningsåbningens størrelse begrænses af, at menbranen af styrkeårsager kun kan have en relativ lille udstrækning. Desuden nedsættes den i posen indstrømmende væskestrøm ved, at det separate lukningsorgan delvis dækker fyldnings- 15 åbningen fra posens inderside.
Formålet med opfindelsen er at undgå de ovennævnte ulemper ved den kendte pose ved at tilvejebringe en pose af en ny art, som er enklere udformet og egnet til hurtig 20 fyldning med materiale under aseptiske forhold, hvorunder damp skal kunne anvendes til nødvendig sterilisering under fyldningsforløbet. Yderligere formål med opfindelsen er at tilvejebringe en enkel fremgangsmåde og et enkelt arrangement til aseptisk fyldning af en pose af den her 25 omhandlede art.
Disse formål opnås ifølge opfindelsen med en lukkelig pose af den ovenfor angivne art, som hovedsageligt er kendetegnet ved, at de separate indløbs- og lukningsorga-30 ner er af stivere materiale end posen og er i det væsentlige formstabile, at lukningsorganet for dets tilslutning af fyldningsåbningen er indrettet til udløselig tætningsforbindelse med indløbsorganet, hvilket muliggør en senere partiel tømning og genfyldning af posen, og at både 35 indløbs- og lukningsorganet har midler til indgreb ved en udenfor posen anbragt manøvreringsudrustning, således at mindst det ene af nævnte organer er bevægeligt i forhold DK 167750 B1 3 til det andet til frilæggelse respektiv lukning af fyldningsåbningen, hvorhos nævnte middel er indrettet til indgreb med manøvreringsudrustningen, såvel når fyldningsåbningen er frilagt, som når den er lukket med luk-5 ningsorganet i tætnende indgreb med indløbsorganet.
Herved opnås den fordel, at damp kan anvendes til sterilisering af det rum, som dannes mellem fyldningsorganet og det formstabile lukningsorgan, inden fyldningsåbningen 10 frilægges. En dampfølsom membran af den ovenfor beskrevne art er således ikke nødvendig. Det damptryk, som virker skillende på indløbsorganet og lukningsorgånet, kan optages af manøvreringsudrustningen, eftersom begge organer har midler til indgreb med denne. Herved holdes fyld-15 ningsåbningen sikkert lukket under dampsteriliseringen.
Eftersom indløbsorganet og lukningsorganet er af stivere materiale end posen, er i det væsentlige formstabile, samt mangler membran, kan fyldningsåbningen udformes re-20 lativ stor for hurtig fyldning af posen. Desuden er det muligt ved hjælp af manøvreringsudrustningen at adskille indløbsorganet og lukningsorganet så meget, at lukningsorganet fuldstændig frilægger fyldningsåbningen og således ikke gør den mindre ved fyldningen af indstrømmende 25 væske.
Eftersom lukningsorganet er anbragt til aftagelig tætnende indgreb med indløbsorganet, muliggøres en total eller partiel tømning af posens indhold gennem fyldningsåbning-30 en under aseptiske forhold, f.eks. ved dampsterilisering på samme måde som beskrevet i det ovenstående i forbindelse med fyldningen af posen.
Ved en foretrukket udførelsesform for posen ifølge opfin-35 delsen omfatter posen to modstående vægge, hvor indløbs organet er fastgjort i den ene af væggene og lukningsorganet er fastgjort til den anden væg lige over for ind-

4 løbsorganet. Herved opnås den fordel, at lukningsorganet og indløbsorganet kun behøver at udføre en indbyrdes transversal bevægelse for lukning henholdvis frilægning af fyldningsåbningen. Dette medfører, at manøvrerings-5 udrustningen kan gøres ukompliceret, så den får en mere pålidelig funktion.
Med fordel kan lukningsorganet udnyttes ved fyldning på en sådan måde, at indstrømmende væske rammer lukningsor-10 ganet og af dette spredes i posen. Herved er styrken af posens vægge ikke længere begrænsende for strømningsstørrelse.
Opfindelsen angår også en fremgangsmåde til aseptisk 15 fyldning af den nye pose, hvilken fremgangsmåde i det væsentlige er ejendommelig ved følgende trin: - posen anbringes indvendigt steriliseret og lukket i en manøvreringsudrustning, som bringes til at gå i indgreb 20 med indløbsorganet og dels med lukningsorganet, - indløbsorganet tilsluttes til et påfyldningsorgan, - rummet mellem påfyldningsorganet og lukningsorganet 25 steriliseres ved hjælp af et fluid, fortrinsvis damp, mens fyldningsåbningen holdes lukket, - indløbsorganet og lukningsorganet adskilles ved hjælp af manøvreringsudrustningen til frilæggelse af fyld- 30 ningsåbningen, - posen fyldes med materiale ved hjælp af påfyldningsorganet, 35 - indløbsorganet og lukningsorganet sammenføres efter fyldningen ved hjælp af manøvreringsudrustningen til lukning af fyldningsåbningen, DK 167750 B1 5 - indløbsorganet adskilles fra fyldningsorganet, og - den fyldte pose fjernes fra manøvreringsudrustningen.
5 Den nye pose kan også tømmes totalt eller partielt under aseptiske forhold. I dette tilfælde omfatter tømningen følgende foranstaltninger: - den fyldte pose anbringes lukket i en manøvreringsud- 10 rustning, som bringes til at gå i indgreb dels med ind løbsorganet, dels med lukningsorganet, - indløbsorganet tilsluttes til et tømningsorgan, 15 - rummet mellem tømningsorganet og lukningsorganet steri liseres ved hjælp af et fluid, fortrinsvis damp, mens fyldningsåbningen holdes lukket, - indløbs- og lukningsorganet adskilles ved hjælp af ma- 20 nøvreringsudrustningen til frilæggelse af fyldningsåb ningen, - posen tømmes helt eller delvis for materiale ved hjælp af tømningsorganet, 25 - indløbs- og lukningsorganet sammenføres efter tømningen ved hjælp af manøvreringsudrustningen til lukning af fyldningsåbningen, 30 - indløbsorganet adskilles fra tømningsorganet, og - den helt eller delvist tømte pose fjernes fra manøvreringsudrustningen .
35 Opfindelsen angår desuden et arrangement til aseptisk fyldning af den nye pose. Dette arrangement udmærker sig i hovedsagen ved, at både indløbsorganet og lukningsor-

6 ganet har midler, som er indrettet til indgreb med en manøvreringsudrustning, såvel når fyldningsåbningen er frilagt, som når den er lukket, at manøvreringsudrustningen er indrettet til at flytte i det mindste det ene af nævn-5 te organer i forhold til det andet med henblik på frilæggelse henholdvis lukning af fyldningsåbningen, at et påfyldningsorgan er indrettet til tilslutning til indløbsorganet med henblik på fyldning af posen, og at der er tilvejebragt et middel til sterilisering af det rum, som 10 før henholdsvis efter fyldning af posen dannes mellem lukningsorganet og påfyldningsorganet, mens det sidstnævnte er tilsluttet til indløbsorganet.
Ifølge en foretrukken udførelsesform for arrangementet 15 ifølge opfindelsen er manøvreringsudrustningen indrettet til indgreb med og manøvrering af tilslutningsorganet fra ydersiden af posen og i afstand fra indløbsorganet. Herved er lukningsorganet passende tætnende fastgjort omkring en åbning i posevæggen overfor indløbsorganet.

Det er dog også muligt at anbringe manøvreringsudrustningen til indgreb med og manøvrering af lukningsorganet via indløbsorganets fyldningsåbning. Herved behøver lukningsorganet ikke at være fastgjort ved posen. I dette 25 tilfælde bliver konstruktionen af manøvreringsudrustningen dog mere kompliceret. Desuden vanskeliggøres fyldningen af posen, eftersom dele af manøvreringsudrustningen kommer til at befinde sig i fyldningsstrømmens vej ind i posen.

Opfindelsen skal i det følgende nærmere beskrives med henvisning til tegningen, hvorpå: fig. 1 viser et snit gennem en pose ifølge opfindelsen 35 med frilagt fyldningsåbning, fig. 2 viser et snit gennem samme pose, men med lukket fyldningsåbning, DK 167750 B1 7 fig. 3 viser en del af et snit gennem et fyldningsarran-5 gement ifølge opfindelsen, omfattende samme pose med lukket fyldningsåbning, og fig. 4 viser samme snit som i fig. 3, men med posens fyldningsåbning frilagt.
10 fig. 1 viser en pose af tyndt fleksibelt materiale med to modstående vægge 1 og 2, som har to huller, som ligger på linie med hinanden. Et indløbsorgan i posen omfatter en muffe 3, som ved hjælp af en radialt udadrettet flange 4 15 ved muffens 3 ene ende er forbundet med den ene af væghullets omgivende kanter. Flangen 4 er fastgjort ved indersiden af posevæggen 1, mens muffen 3 strækker sig ud fra hullet og er i det væsentlige beliggende udenfor posen. En ringformet rille 5 er udformet i muffens 3 yder-20 side i nærheden af den ende af muffen 3, som er beliggende udenfor posen, hvorved en radialt udadrettet flange 6 dannes ved nævnte ende for indgreb med en udenfor posen anbragt manøvreringsudrustning (fig. 3 og 4). Et lukkeorgan i posen omfatter en muffe 7, som ved sin ene ende har 25 en endevæg 8 og ved sin anden ende har en radialt udragende flange 9. Muffen 7 er ved hjælp af flangen 9 forbundet med det andet væghuls omgivende kanter på en sådan måde, at flangen er fastgjort ved posevæggens 2 inderside. Muffen 7 strækker sig fra væghullet ind i posen med 30 sin akse på linie med aksen for indløbsorganets muffe 3. Ringformede fremspring 10, som er udformet på muffens 7 yderside indvendig i posen, er indrettet til at danne tætninger mellem muffen 7 og indersiden 11 af indløbsorganets muffe 3 (fig. 2). En flange 12 strækker sig ra-35 dialt indad fra muffens 7 inderside for indgreb med den nævnte, udenfor posen anbragte manøvreringsudrustning. Nævnte indgreb kan alternativt opnås med en udformning af 8 UK ID//DU Bl lukningsorganet lignende den, som er beskrevet i det ovenstående for indløbsorganets muffe 3. Så skal muffen 7 udformes med en del, som strækker sig udenfor posen for at kunne blotlægge en radialt udad ragende flange.

Det er også muligt at indrette manøvreringsudrustningen for indgreb med lukningsorganet via indløbsorganets fyldningsåbning. I så fald kan muffens 7 endevæg 8 passende forsynes med et hul, så en radialt indad rettet flange 10 dannes til indgreb med manøvreringsudrustningen. Herved må muffen 7 udformes med en tætnende endedel, som passende placeres ved muffens 7 anden ende, og som erstatter den radiale flange 12.
15 Indløbsorganets og lukningsorganets respektive flanger 3 og 7 er fortrinsvis fastgjort ved posen ved varmelukning. Naturligvis består posens indersider og mufferne 3 og 7 i et sådant tilfælde af et hertil egnet materiale, såsom plast, f.eks. polyethylen.
20 I det følgende skal beskrives, hvorledes arrangementet ifølge fig. 3 og 4 kan udnyttes ved aseptisk fyldning af posen.
25 Før fyldningen skal posen anbringes indvendigt steriliseret og lukket i en manøvreringsudrustning, som omfatter dels et stangformet organ 13 for indgreb med lukningsorganet, dels to U-formede grene 14, 15 for indgreb med indløbsorganet. Det stangformede organ 13 er ved sin ene 30 ende forsynet med en radialt ekspanderbar anordning 16, som kan indføres i lukningsorganets muffe 7 forbi den radiale flange 12. Først anbringes posens muffe 7 på det stangformede organ 13, som ved hjælp af den radialt ekspanderbare anordning 16 griber muffen 7. Derefter flyttes 35 posen af det stangformede organ 13, så indløbsorganet ligger an mod et påfyldningsorgan 17 med en tilførelseskanal 18 for materiale. De U-formede grene 14, 15 føres i DK 167750 B1 9 radial retning mod muffens 3 rille 5 til indgreb med muffen 3, hvorefter grenene 14, 15 presser denne mod påfyldningsorganet 17 via en ringformet tætning 19, som er anbragt omkring påfyldningsorganets åbning. Påfyldnings-5 organet 17 forsynet med en ventil 20, som herunder holder tilførselskanalen 18 lukket. Det dannede rum 21 mellem lukningsorganets muffe 7 og påfyldningsorganets ventil 20 steriliseres ved hjælp af damp, som tilføres via et indløb 22 i påfyldningsorganet 17.

Efter steriliseringen af rummet 21 adskilles mufferne 3 og 7 ved, at det stangformede organ 13 føres i retning væk fra de U-formede grene 14, 15 (fig. 4). Ventilen 20 åbnes, og posen fyldes med materiale ved hjælp af påfyld-15 ningsorganet 17. Under fyldningen af posen holdes muffen 7 i en sådan afstand fra muffen 3, at det i posen indkomne materiale rammer endevæggen 8 og spredes af denne i posen.
20 Efter fyldningen lukkes tilførselskanalen 18 ved hjælp af ventilen 20, og mufferne 3 og 7 føres sammen ved, at det stangformede organ 13 føres i retning mod de U-formede grene 14, 15 til lukning af fyldningsåbningen. Inden denne er fuldstændigt lukket kan materialerester fjernes fra 25 mufferne 3 og 7 samt påfyldningsorganet 17 ved fornyet damptilførsel. Når fyldningsåbningen er fuldstændigt lukket, adskilles de U-formede grene 14, 15 fra indgreb med muffen 3; det stangformede organ 13 føres i retning fra påfyldningsorganet 17, hvorved posen adskilles fra dette, 30 og den fyldte pose fjernes fra manøvreringsudrustningen.
For at forhindre utilbørlig tømning af indholdet i en pose kan indløbs- og lukningsorganerne forsegles til hinanden ved, at de ved posens vægge 1, 2 fastgjorte flanger 35 4, 9 forbindes med hinanden, f.eks. ved varmelukning. I

15 Patentkrav:
1. Lukkelig pose af fleksibelt materiale og forsynet med et til posen fastgjort separat indløbsorgan (3) med en 20 åbning for fyldning af posen med materiale, f.eks. væske, samt et separat organ (7) til lukning af fyldningsåbningen fra posens inderside, kendetegnet ved, - at de separate indløbs- og lukkeorganer (3,7) består af 25 et stift materiale, som er stivere end posen og væsent ligt mere formstabil end denne, - at lukkeorganet (7) er forskydeligt til tætnende indgreb med indløbsorganet (3) til lukning af fyldningsåb- 30 ningen, og at lukkeorganet (7) også er aftageligt fra nævnte tætnende indgreb for at muliggøre partiel tømning af posen og genlukning af fyldningsåbningen, - at indløbs- og lukkeorganerne (3, 7) har midler (6,12) 35 til indgreb med en uden for posen beliggende manøvre ringsudrustning til tilvejebringelse af en relativ forskydning af nævnte organer (3, 7) imod og bort fra hin- DK 167750 B1 11 anden for lukning henholdsvis frilæggelse af fyldningsåbningen - at indgrebsmidlerne (6, 12) er indrettet til indgreb 5 med manøvreringsudrustningen, både når fyldningsåbnin gen er frilagt og når den er lukket med lukkeorganet (7) i tætnende indgreb med indløbsorganet (3), og - at lukkeorganet (3) omfatter en muffe (7), som er for- 10 synet med en endevæg (8), hvorhos lukkeorganets (3) indgrebsmiddel omfatter en flange (12), som strækker sig radialt indad fra indersiden af lukkeorganets muffe (7).
2. Lukkelig pose ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at indløbsorganet omfatter en muffe (3), som er fastgjort ved kanter omkring et hul i posen.
3. Lukkelig pose ifølge et hvert af de foregående krav, 20 kendetegnet ved, at nævnte middel ved indløbsorganet for indgreb med en uden for posen anbragt manøvreringsudrustning omfatter en flange (6), som i afstand fra posen strækker sig radialt udad fra ydersiden af indløbsorganet . 25
4. Lukkelig pose ifølge et hvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at lukkeorganet er fastgjort til posen i afstand fra indløbsorganet.

Lukkelig pose ifølge krav 4, omfattende to modstående vægge (1,2), kendetegnet ved, at indløbsorganet er fastgjort i den ene (1) af væggene, og lukkeorganet er fastgjort midt for indløbsorganet i den anden (2) af væggene. 1 35 Fremgangsmåde til aseptisk fyldning af en lukkelig pose, som har et indløbsorgan (3) med en åbning til fyld- DK 167750 B1 12 ning af posen med materiale, f.eks. væske, og et organ (7), som er indrettet til lukning af fyldningsåbningen fra posens inderside, kendetegnet ved, at 5. posen anbringes lukkelig og steriliseret i en manøvre ringsudrustning (13-16), som bringes i indgreb dels med indløbsorganet (3), dels med lukningsorganet (7), - indløbsorganet (3) tilsluttes til et påfyldningsorgan 10 (17), - rummet (21) imellem påfyldningsorganet (17) og lukke organet (7) steriliseres ved hjælp af et fluid, f.eks. damp, mens fyldningsåbningen holdes lukket, og indløbs- 15 organet (3) og lukkeorganet (7) adskilles ved hjælp af manøvreringsudrustningen til frilæggelse af fyldningsåbningen, - posen fyldes med materiale ved hjælp af påfyldningsor- 20 ganet (17), - indløbsorganet (3) og lukkeorganet (7) sammenføres efter fyldningen ved hjælp af manøvreringsudrustningen til lukning af fyldningsåbningen, 25 - indløbsorganet (3) adskilles fra fyldningsorganet (17), og - den fyldte pose fjernes fra manøvreringsudrustningen. 30

Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at lukningsorganet (7) under fyldningen af posen holdes i en sådan afstand fra indløbsorganet (3) ved hjælp af manøvreringsudrustningen (13-16), at det i posen 35 indkommene materiale rammer lukningsorganet (7) og spredes af dette i posen. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eller 7, kendetegnet ved, at der efter fyldning af posen med materiale, men før fuldstændig lukning af fyldningsåbningen ved hjælp af lukkeorganet (7) fjernes materialerester fra på- 5 fyldningsorganet (17), indløbsorganet (3) og lukkeorganet (7) ved hjælp af et fluid, f.eks. damp.
9. Arrangement til aseptisk fyldning af en lukkelig pose, som har et separat indløbsorgan (3) med en åbning for 10 fyldning af posen med materiale, f.eks. væske, og et organ (7) til lukning af fyldningsåbningen fra posens inderside, kendetegnet ved, - at både indløbs- og lukkeorganet (3 respektiv 7) har 15 midler (6,12), som er indrettet til indgreb med en ma nøvreringsudrustning (13-16), såvel når fyldningsåbningen er frilagt, som når den er lukket, - at manøvreringsudrustningen (13-16) er indrettet til at 20 flytte mindst det ene af nævnte organer i forhold til det andet med henblik på frilægning eller lukning af fyldnings åbningen, - at et fyldningsorgan (17) er indrettet til tilslutning 25 med indløbsorganet (3) med henblik på fyldning af po sen, og - at der er anbragt midler til sterilisering i det rum (2), som før henholdsvis efter fyldning af posen dannes 30 imellem lukkeorganet (7) og påfyldningsorganet (17), mens det sidstnævnte er tilsluttet indløbsorganet (3).
10. Arrangement ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at manøvreringsudrustningen (13-16) er indrettet til ind- 35 greb med og manøvrering af lukkeorganet (7) fra ydersiden af posen, i afstand fra indløbsorganet (3).
