Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种柔性材料的封闭袋,它带有单独的进口件,其上有用于填充如液体的袋的填充孔,上述的进口件连接在袋上,一个分离件用于从袋的内部封闭填充孔。本发明还涉及无菌填充这种袋的方法和装置。
上述类型的袋可从英国专利申请2,105291中得知。这种袋在填充前的空状态其内部消毒并用膜片封闭,即膜片在袋的外部把进口件的填充孔密封。从袋的内部封闭填充孔的单独件柔性形成并且仅有部分围绕填充孔固定在进口件的边缘。用消毒剂或诸如酒、汽油等空气敏感液体进行无菌填充的这种袋被放置在支撑件上并把进口件移动,从而和填充嘴紧密啮合。在填充嘴和膜片之间形成的空间由消毒气体首先消毒。然后液体通过嘴喷出,膜片由于受到液体的压力而破裂,这样填充孔便打开。然后,液流冲开部分固定分离闭合件,从而形成液体流入袋内的自由通路。袋填充后,填充孔由热密封装置永久地封住,使单独的闭合件紧粘住进口件。
然而,这种袋不适合由蒸汽装置进行进口件的预先消毒处理,因为在高压下的热蒸汽将损坏进口件上的膜片。由于使用蒸汽进行热消毒要比使用消毒气体安全和容易控制,所以这是这种袋的缺点。
这种袋的另一缺点,是它不可能在无菌状态下用进口件全部或部分的卸完袋,因为在填充后,独立闭合件永久地从袋的内部封闭在进口件上。
这种袋的进一步缺点是它的填充费时间,因为填充孔的尺寸由事实限定,由于强度的原因,膜片仅能有相对小的扩伸。进一步说,由于独立闭合件从袋的内部部分盖住填充孔,所以流入袋内的液体受到阻塞。
本发明的目的就是为了避免上述袋中存在的缺点,提出一种新型封闭袋,它设计简单,并适合无菌状态下的快速填充,在填充过程中,允许使用蒸汽作必要的消毒处理。本发明的进一步目的是提供这种新型封闭袋在无菌状态下的填充的简易方法和装置。
这些目的可根据本发明所提出的封闭袋取得,这种袋的主要特征是独立进口件和闭合件的刚性比袋强,基本上可阻止变形,用于闭合填充孔的闭合件设计的可脱离与进口件的密封接合,因而有能力依次部分拆开和重新闭合袋,每个进口件和闭合件均设有与装在袋外部的工作装置接合的部件,至少一个上述件可相对于另一个件移动,从而分别打开或关闭填充孔,当打开填充孔以及当它闭合和闭合件与进口件密封接合时,上述的部件与工作装置啮合。
本发明的优点便可取得,在填充孔打开前,可在填充件和抗变形闭合件之间形成的空间采用蒸汽进行消毒处理。任何上述的蒸汽敏感膜片都不必要。作用在单独的进口件和闭合件上的蒸汽压由工作装置实现,这些件均有与工作装置啮合的部件。因此,在蒸汽消毒过程中,填充孔保持安全密封。
由于进口件和闭合件的刚性比袋大并且基本可抵抗变形以及没有膜片的存在,所以,填充孔可相应的大,从而实现快速填充。另外,在填充过程中,由于操作装置的存在有可能使进口件从闭合件上分离,闭合件完全脱离填充孔,从而不阻止液体流动。
闭合件与进口件脱离密封啮合的装置可在无菌状态下通过填充孔实现袋内液体的全部或部分排出,如袋的填充采用与上述相同的蒸汽消毒方法。
根据本发明的袋的理想实施例,袋包括两个相对壁、进口件固定在其中一个壁上,闭合件固定在与进口件相对的另一个壁上。这样,闭合件和进口件仅能相互横向运动,从而分别打开和关闭填充孔。这意味着操作装置的制造简单并有可靠的功能。
当流动液体冲击闭合件并且在袋内被分散时采用这种闭合件是有好处的。这样,袋壁的强度再不会限制流动的大小。
本发明还涉及无菌填充这种新袋的方法,这种方法的主要特征包括下面的各步骤;
内部消毒并闭合的袋放在操作装置上,从而引起操作装置和进口件以及闭合件的啮合;
进口件连接填充件;
当填充孔保持闭合时,在填充件和闭合件之间的空间由流体,如蒸汽,进行消毒处理;
填充孔的打开借助于操作装置把进口件和闭合件分离实现;
由填充件向袋内填充;
在填充工作后,借助于操作装置把进口件和闭合件啮合在一起,从而实现填充孔的闭合;
进口件与填充件脱开;和
充好的袋从操作装置上移开。
新型袋在无菌状态下可全部或部分卸空。在这种情况下包括如下的步骤:
充好的袋以闭合状态放置在操作装置上,使操作装置和进口件及闭合件啮合;
进口件连接卸出件;
当填充保持闭合时,在卸出件和闭合件之间的空间由流体,最好是如蒸汽,进行消毒处理。
填充孔的打开借助于操作装置把进口件和闭合件分离实现;
由卸出件全部或部分地排出袋内的材料。
在卸料工作完成后,借助于操作装置把进口件和闭合件啮合在一起,从而实现填充孔的闭合;
进口件与卸出件脱开;和
全部或部分卸空的袋从操作装置上移开。
本发明还涉及无菌填充这种新袋的装置。这个装置的主要特征在于:当填充孔打开或闭合时进口件和闭合件均有适合啮合操作装置的部件。操作装置可至少移动其中一个上述件,而相对于另一件移动,从而分别打开或关闭填充孔,为了填充袋,填充件适合连接进口件,当填充件连接进口件时,在充袋前或后,上述部件把闭合件和填充件之间空间进行消毒处理。
在根据本发明的装置的理想实施例中,操作装置用来从袋的外部以一定的距离啮合及操作闭合件和进口件。然后,可使闭合件绕与进口件相对的袋壁上的孔密封固定。
然而,还可以把操作装置和通过进口件的填充孔操作闭合件啮合。然后,闭合件不需固定在袋上。在这种情况下,操作装置的设计非常复杂,同时,袋的填充也变得很困难,因为,操作装置的部件位于流入袋内的填充路线上。
下面将参照附图,对本发明作更详细的叙述。图1表示根据本发明的袋的剖视图,其中填充孔处于打开状态。图2表示与图1类似的情况,但填充孔处于闭合状态。图3表示根据本发明的填充装置的部分剖视图,包括填充孔处于关闭状态的袋。图4表示了与图3类似的剖视图,但是填充孔处于打开状态。
图1示出了薄柔性材料的一个袋有两个相对的壁1和2,壁上有两个相互对正的孔。袋上的进口件包括一个套筒3,借助于在其一端的径向向外突出的凸缘4绕袋壁上的一个孔边缘接触。凸缘4固定在壁1的内侧,在此套筒3从孔中向外延伸,它的主要部分位于袋的外部。在袋外部且靠近套筒3的端部的外圆上形成一个环形槽5,一个径向向外延伸的凸缘在套筒的端部形成,用来与袋外部的操作装置(见图3和图4)啮合。
在袋内的闭合件包括一个套筒7,在其一端有端壁8,而在另一端有径向向外延伸的凸缘9。套筒7借助于凸缘9绕袋壁2上的孔的边缘接合,凸缘固定在袋壁2的内部。套筒7从壁孔沿与进口件的套筒3同轴线的方向向袋内延伸,在袋内的套筒7的外部形成环形突出物10,从而在套筒7和进口件的套筒3的内部11(见图2)之间形成密封。一个凸缘12以套筒7的内部径向向内延伸,用来与袋外部的操作装置啮合。所述的啮合可使闭合件的形状类似于所述的进口的套筒的形状来实现。然后,为了露出径向向外的凸缘,套筒7形成一个向袋的外部延伸部分。
通过进口件的填充孔使闭合件和操作装置啮合也是可能的。在这种情况下,套筒7的底壁8适合带有一个孔,以便使径向向内延伸的凸缘与操作装置啮合。因而套筒7上形成一个密封底端,该端设在套筒7的另一端并且替换径向凸缘12。
进口件和闭合件的套筒3和7最好分别由热密封固定到袋上。当然,象这种情况,袋和套筒3和7的内部可由适当材料组成,如聚乙烯塑料等。
下面将结合图3和图4,描述在无菌填充情况下如何使用这种装置。
在填充前,内部消毒并处于密闭状态的袋放置在包括用来与闭合件啮合的柱件13和用来与进口件啮合的两个U形爪14、15的操作装置上。在它的其中一个端部,柱件13上带有径向伸展装置16,该装置可通过径向凸缘12伸进闭合件的套筒7内。套筒7首先放在柱件13上,由径向伸展装置16啮合套筒7。然后,袋由柱件13移动,从而使进口件紧靠带有供应管道18的填充件17。U形爪14、15径向移动伸入套筒3的槽5内,与套筒3啮合。随后,爪14、15通过绕填充件的孔的环形垫片19促使靠紧填充件17。填充件17上带有阀20,在这种情况下保持供应管道18闭合。在闭合件的套筒和填充件的阀20之间的空间21由通过填充件17上的进口22供应的蒸汽进行消毒处理。
在对空间21进行消毒后,套筒3和7由柱体13向离开U形爪14、15(见图4)的方向移动而分离。阀20打开并且由填充件17向袋内填充材料。在袋的填充过程中,套筒7与套筒3保持一定的距离,以便使进入袋内的材料冲击端壁8并在袋内分散。
完成填充作业后,阀20关闭供应管道18,套筒3和7依靠柱件13向U环爪14、15的移动而结合在一起,从而关闭填充孔。在完全关闭前,在套筒3、7和填充件17上的剩余材料由供给的蒸汽除去。当填充孔完全关闭时,U形爪14、15脱离与套筒3的啮合;柱件13向远离填充件17的方向移动,袋与填充件分离,充好的袋离开操作装置。
为了防止袋内材料的不适当排空,进口件和闭合件相互密闭,即分别固定在袋壁1和2上的凸缘4和9相互连在一起,如用热密封方法。在这种情况下,如果没有单独的卸出孔,袋不可能卸空。然而,如果通过进口件上的孔完成袋的卸空的话,上述的装置同样适合对卸空工作进行消毒处理。卸出可能是全部或部分。
进口件连接卸出件类似于连接填充件17。在对进口件的套筒3和闭合件的端部8进行蒸汽消毒后,填充孔打开,任何要求量的材料都可从袋中卸出。如果填充件上带有卸出材料的部件,那么它将可能具有与卸出件同样的功能。

Claims (12)

1、柔性材料制成的可封闭袋,包括:带有为充袋用的孔的单独进口件3,袋内可充液体,所述进口件3连接到袋上,一个单独件7用于从袋的内部闭合填充孔;其特征在于:
单独的进口件3和闭合件7的强度比袋大,基本上可阻止变形;
用于闭合填充孔的闭合件7可松开地与进口件密封啮合,因此,可实现逐渐部分卸出和重新闭合袋;
进口件和闭合件分别有与设置在袋的外部的操作装置啮合的部件6,12,至少其中一个上述件3、7可相对于另一个移动,从而打开和闭合填充孔,当填充孔打开时,所述部件6、12与操作装置啮合,当闭合时,闭合件与进口件保持密封啮合。
2、根据权利要求1的可封闭袋,其特征在于:进口件包括绕袋上孔的边缘固定的套筒3。
3、根据权利要求1或2的可封闭袋,其特征在于:闭合件包括带有端壁8的套筒7。
4、根据上述权利要求中任何一个可封闭袋,其特征在于:用于啮合袋外的操作装置的在进口件上的上述部件包括凸缘6,它从进口的外部径向向外沿袋延伸一段距离。
5、根据权利要求3的可封闭袋,其特征在于:用于啮合袋外的操作装置的在闭合件上的上述部件包括凸缘12,它从闭合件的套筒7的内部径向向内延伸。
6、根据上述权利要求中任何一个的可封闭袋,其特征在于:闭合件在离开进口件一段距离的位置固定在袋上。
7、根据权利要求6的可封闭袋,包括两个相对壁1,2;其特征在于:进口件固定在其中一个壁1上,闭合件固定在与进口件相对的另一个壁2上。
8、无菌填充可封闭袋的方法,袋有单独的进口件3,该件上有填充材料所需的孔,填充材料可是液体,和从袋的外部闭合填充孔的单独闭合件7;其特征在于:
消毒和封闭的袋放在操作装置13、16上,分别与进口件3和闭合件7啮合;
进口件3连接填充件17;
当填充孔保持密闭时,在填充件17和闭合件7之间的空间由如蒸汽之类的流体进行消毒处理;
操作装置把进口件和闭合件分离,从而打开填充孔;
由填充件17向袋内填充材料;
填充工作后,操作装置把进口件和闭合件接合,从而关闭填充孔;
进口件3和填充件17分离;
充好的袋移开操作装置。
9、根据权利要求8的方法,其特征在于:在填充过程中,操作装置保持闭合件7离开进口件3一段距离,因此进入袋内的材料将冲击闭合件7并且在袋内分散。
10、根据权利要求8或9的方法,其特征在于:在完成填充后,但在闭合件7完全关闭填充孔之前,剩余的材料从填充件17,进口件3和闭合件7中由诸如蒸汽之类的流体排除。
11、无菌填充可封闭袋的装置,包括带有填充孔的单独进口件3,填充材料可以是液体,和用于从袋的内部封闭填充孔的单独闭合件7,其特征在于:
当填充孔打开或闭合时,进口件3和闭合件7分别有与操作装置13-16啮合的部件;
操作装置13-16用来至少移动一个上述的件,使其相对运动,从而分别关闭和打开填充孔;
为了填充袋,填充件17适合与进口件3连接;
在填充袋前后,当填充件17连接进口件3时,在闭合件7和填充件17之间的空间利用上述部件进行消毒处理。
12、根据权利要求11的装置,其特征在于:操作装置13-16用于分别啮合闭合件7和进口件3并从袋的外部操作闭合件7离开进口件3一段距离。
