Opfindelsen angår en fremgangsmåde til flademæssig sammensvejsning af enderne af rørformede termoplastiske dele og af den i indledningen til krav 1 angivne art samt en indretning til udvøelse af fremgangsmåden.
5 Kendt f. eks. fra DE fremlæggelsesskrift nr.
2 212 055 er den flademæssige sammensvejsning af planbearbejdede rørender, som opsmeltes ved direkte kontakt med en varmesplade og derpå sammenføjes med et indstilleligt tryk.
Ved sammenføjningen danner der sig ved inder- som ved yder-10 omkredsen af de rørformede dele en svejsevulst, idet den indre svejsevulst ufordelagtigt formindsker gennemstrømningstværsnittet og forøger strømningsmodstanden. Ved undvigelse af smelten også i inderrummet forringes opbygningen af et nødvendigt svejsetryk.
15 Fra US patentskrift nr. 3 013 925 kendes en frem gangsmåde til sammensvejsning af termoplast iske rør, ved hvilken rørenderne anbragt i form- og spændedele affases indvendigt og derpå presses imod en opvarmet, plan opvarmningsplade med henblik på opvarmning til sammensvejsningstem-20 peraturen, hvorpå de efter fjernelse af opvarmningspladen presses sammen, idet ydervulsten gives en afrundet form i form- og spændedelene, mens der kun dannes en lille inder-vulst. På grund af den direkte kontaktopvarmning af de af fasede rørender fremkommer der ved disse en meget stejl tempe-25 raturprofil, således at selve rørenderne kan være opvarmet til over det termoplastiske materiales smeltetemperatur, mens røret ved den indre afslutning af affasningen ikke er opvarmet til en passende svejsetemperatur, hvilket dels medrører, at smeltet termoplastisk materiale klæber til 30 opvarmningspladen og må fjernes fra denne for næste rørsammensvej sning, dels at sammensvejsningen ved rørets inderside er utilstrækkelig.
Formålet for opfindelsen er at undgå de ulemper, der er knyttet til den kendte teknik, og at opnå en svejseforbin-35 delse med ringe eller ingen indervulst, som udviser en tilstrækkelig sammensvejsning over hele rørvægstykkelsen, og 2 DK 166998 B1 som ikke kræver rengøring af dele af svejseudstyret mellem på hinanden følgende rørsammensvejsninger.
Ifølge opfindelsen opnås dette ved en- fremgangsmåde, der er ejendommelig ved det i den kendetegnende del af krav 5 1 angivne, og med en indretning, der er ejendommelig ved det i den kendetegnende del af krav 5 angivne.
Yderligere foretrukne træk hos fremgangsmåden og indretningen ifølge opfindelsen er angivet i de uselvstændige krav.
10 Opfindelsen skal i det følgende beskrives nærmere, idet der henvises til tegningen, på hvilken fig. 1 viser sammensvejsningen af to rørformede dele ved hjælp af en forenklet gengivet svejse indretning under opvarmn ingsfasen, 15 fig. 2 den færdige svejseforbindelse, fig. 3 i større målestok en rørende med varmespejl, og fig. 4 et diagram af temperaturforløbet.
Fig. 1 viser enderne af to rørformede dele la og lb, 20 som fastholdes koaksialt i afstand fra hinanden i spændeind-retninger 2a og 2b i en svejseindretning.
En af de to spændeindretninger 2a og 2b er forskydelig i aksial retning.
Et mellem rørenderne indsvingeligt varmespejl 3 frem-25 bringer strålingsvarme og er anbragt med en indstillelig afstand til rørenderne.
Rørenderne har en affasning 10, som fra yderomkredsen 11 forløber rettet indad i røret til inderomkredsen 12.
Til varmespej let 3 er en afskærmningsplade 4 i afstand 30 udskifteligt befæstet, idet dens yderdiameter til enhver tid tilnærmelsesvis svarer til inderdiameteren af røret, som skal sammensvejses.
Fig. 3 viser en af faset ende af en rørformet del og indvirkningen af varmestråler 5.
35 Af fig. 4 fremgår temperatur for løbet T afhængigt af afstanden D fra varmespej Isudstrålingsfladen 6, hvilket er 3 DK 166998 B1 gengivet ved linien Tg.
Ts er smeltetemperaturen af den anvendte termoplast, og Ts max den maksimalt tilladelige smeltetemperatur.
Di er afstanden til den ydre ende 13 og D2 afstanden 5 til den indre ende 14 af den rørformede del la eller lb fra udstrålingsfladen 6. Temperaturen T2 ved den indre ende 14 skal så vidt muligt ligge ved smeltetemperaturen Ts, temperaturen TI under den maksimalt tilladelige temperatur Ts max. Dette temperaturforløb Tg kan fastlægges ved varmeeffekten, 10 opvarmningstiden, indstillingen af afstanden D, forløbet af affasningen 10 og/eller størrelsen og beliggenheden af afskærmningspladen 4. Der foreligger også den mulighed, at varmespejlet 3 har en udefra indad aftagende varmeeffekt.
En optimal temperaturprofil som vist i fig. 4 giver 15 så en trekantformet opsmeltningszone 15 som gengivet i fig.

Ved kontrolleret sammenføjning af de rørformede dele la og lb efter opsmeltningen af deres ender f.eks. ved forskydning delen la ved hjælp af spændeindretningen 2a i ret-20 ning af en pil 7 (fig. 1) sker sammensvejsningen. Herved deformeres opsmeltningszonerne 15 i det væsentlige udad og frembringer en på yderomkredsen 11 forløbende svejsevulst 16 (fig. 2).
Den indre ende 14 stukkes herved ikke eller kun lidt 25 og danner en understøtning til frembringelse af svejsetrykket. Således kan der ved inderomkredsen kun dannes en lille men for det meste slet ingen svejsevulst.
Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til flademæssig sammensvejsning af enderne af rørformede termoplastiske dele, hvorved begge rørender opvarmes indtil smeltning af det termoplastiske 5 materiale og derpå sammenføjes med tryk, kendetegnet ved, at der i rørenderne, som skal sammensvejses, frembringes en fra yderomkredsen i retning mod inderomkredsen faldende temperaturprofil ved hjælp af strålingsvarme, så at der ved kontrolleret sammenføjning af de to rørender ved 10 indervæggen fremkommer ingen eller højest en minimal deformation med tilstrækkelig sammensvejsning og ved ydervæggen fremkommer en god svejseforbindelse med en optimal svej-sevulst.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendete g- 15 net ved, at temperaturprofilen frembringes ved en forskellig afstand mellem varmekilden og fladen af rørenden.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at rørenderne, der skal sammensvejses, fra yderomkredsen til inderomkredsen er af faset imod rørenden, hvor- 20 ved der i retning mod yderomkredsen opsmeltes mere materiale end ved inderomkredsen, og svejsevulsen ved sammenføjning af rørenderne lejrer sig udad, og sammenføjningstrykket understøttes ved det mindre stærkt opsmeltede område ved inderomkredsen.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at den ønskede temperaturprofil med den ved rørinderomkredsen nødvendige minimaltemperatur opnås ved afskærmning af varmestrålingen ved hjælp af en til inderomkredsen af rørenderne tilpasset afskærmningsplade.
5. Indretning til udøvelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4 og med et strålingsvarme frem-bringende varmespejl (3), kendetegnet ved, at der mindst ved én varmespejIsudstrålingsflade (6) er befæstet en afskærmningsplade (4).
6. Indretning ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at afskærmningspladen (4) er udskifteligt befæstet, DK 166998 B1 idet dens yderdiameter til enhver tid tilnærmelsesvis svarer til inderdiameteren af de rørformede dele (la,lb), som skal sammensvej ses.
